I have used Coopers several times and Jerry is great when and if you can get him to your house. Scheduling was always difficult but this last occasion I had to pick a date that worked around the owners vacation and holiday schedule, after working through several changes we finally worked out a day in February. When that day came they did not show and only could offer me an opportunity to reschedule. I had already taken the day off work and spent the night prior moving stuff around for them.

Wow Jerry and Molly are amazing! They cleaned my carpets today and they look brand new! I have an old dog who sometimes relieves herself on my carpets and a young terrier who sometimes forgets he is house broken and Jerry gave amazing advice on how to treat those spots in the future! I am thoroughly impressed with their service and professionalism. I just cant say it enough of how pleased I am with their service!

Jerry and Molly are fabulous to work with. I've been using Coopers for several years now and several family members and friends are as well. Jerry is so friendly and puts you at ease, explains the process, things I can do at home for maintenance, and is very competitively priced. He has brought an old stained recliner back to life for me and has gotten stains out of light carpet that seemed hopeless. I call Jerry and Molly without a second thought whenever I need cleaning.

Definitely the best carpet cleaners in McHenry County by far. I used Coopers for the first time to clean carpets at a townhome I'm moving out of, and the results were way better than I even expected on such old and dirty carpeting. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the excellent quality of service they provided. Jerry is an awesome guy and is the most helpful expert in this industry I have ever dealt with.

Wonderful people and service! Loved working with this company, the customer service feels like a small business (quick, caring, personal) but the product is as good as any high quality cleaning services, but with very reasonable prices! Our 10 year old carpets look brand new! We found Cooper's through multiple recommendations from friends to clean the carpets before selling our old house and will continue to use them in the future to keep our carpets and floors beautiful in the new house!

I found Cooper's Carpet Cleaning on yelp. Molly and Jerry know what real customer service is and should be. Jerry arrived on time and took great care protecting my wood flooring with padding, etc. My carpets look impeccable. I will definitely use their service in the future and would highly recommend them.

We hired Cooper's Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care to clean all of the carpets in our house. His work is thorough and fast!
