After a few bad accidents my dog had on the sofa due to serious health problems, my sofa smelled horrible, like something died on it, and was completely unusable. Anything that came in contact with the sofa picked up the strong odor. I was certain I was going to need to throw it away but figured I'd at least try to save it if I could. I'm so glad my first call was to Constantin.

He was able to send someone out within a few days. They were very professional, thorough, and friendly, but most of all he was committed to getting the job done right. It ended up taking more than one cleaning to eliminate the odor, that's how bad it was. I watched how thorough the first cleaning was, so I felt they did all that could possibly be done, but unfortunately after the sofa dried the smell returned.

I talked with Constantin about it and said I was sure the sofa was beyond saving but he readily offered to come out and try again. I was blown away by how committed he was to getting the job done, and the price was very VERY reasonable. Months later I am happy to say the couch is as good as new and odor free. After this experience I can't imagine why I would ever call anyone else for all my upholstery cleaning needs.

I have been using Constantin Service LLC since I moved to Edgewater in 2006. Constantin does does a wonderful job and is extremely respectful to both me and my apartment. I wouldn't use anyone else. He has always been extremely flexible with scheduling and how wonderful the apartment smells when he is finished. I highly recommend him.

I am so pleased with the services provided by this company! Constantin was easy to schedule with and flexible when my plans changed last minute due to issues with the movers. His team was knowledgeable, friendly, informed, and did an incredible job cleaning my sectional couch, not missing a spot. Most importantly they were covid safe and wore masks and PPE in my home. (Shockingly other cleaners I contacted refused to wear a mask inside.)They cleaned up after themselves and were in and out of my house in 90 minutes. Cannot wait to work with them again!

I'm so delighted with the whole experience! This is a reason to SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS! They care about their reputation and repeat business and it shows. I highly recommend you call Constantin first for any sort of upholstery cleaning needs. First: I must say that I am pretty sure I spent more $ a few years back on a Nationally franchised brand's service and I was not anywhere near satisfied.

I called in a panic and needed a couch and carpet cleaning ASAP. I spoke with Constantin and he was able to not only give me a rough estimate via phone and texted pictures of the job but he was also able to squeeze us in that afternoon. The guys were efficient, super nice and really good at what they do. They managed to get smooshed strawberry off the beige couch. I'd recommend these gentlemen any day!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I can not say enough about how professional the guys were. They arrived on time, cleaned the rug I had scheduled them for (did a GREAT job). I asked about a couch I had that was very stain and they did it that day too. It came out perfect, looks like new. They were very neat and clean while working in my home. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Constantin did an exceptional job for us cleaning up 2 very worn couches, 1 very worn arm chair and 2 machine wool area rugs. I cannot speak highly enough about Constantin, his ability to fit us in quickly, arrive on time, and do the work with his partner beautifully. His is a professional operation, start to finish! I also found his pricing to be reasonable considering the quality of the work that was done for us. It is a pleasure to recommend this man and his company.

Constantin has done two jobs for me and I'm sure that he'll do more. The first job was to clean an old wool rug that's moved with us 4 times. It came out looking like new. The second job was today and he cleaned a fabric couch not only did he clean it he also removed the pilling. While he was there we dragged some rugs out of storage and he moved the dining room furniture to clean the rugs at the same time. That is excellent service and that's why I'll keep using this company. 5 stars all around.

It was a completely satisfying and beneficial experience for us. Constantin and Damien showed up exactly at the scheduled time and were delightful to deal with. We needed to have 2 area rugs (living room and foyer) and carpet (bedroom) cleaned. That covers just about the full extent of our apartment, so it's a bit difficult to maneuver and rearrange things in order to facilitate the work.

Not only did they do a beautiful, thorough and conscientious job, but they were very accommodating to the two of us, moving whatever needed to be moved and making us feel perfectly comfortable while they were working. The work was done in the quoted time and we are delighted with the results. We would certainly use their services again in the future and would be happy to recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing those services.

I used Constantine carpet cleaning services a couple of times already. He was referred to me by a friend. This time we had to clean all the furniture and rugs throughout the house. Constantine offered me a packaged deal for everything which was very helpful. We have pets so everything needed deep-cleaning. After hours of intense work, he was able to make our house look great again. We recommended him to our friends as well and everybody was happy with his services.

Great job and customer service! I had called procarpet service and when Constantin came to my place to clean my area rug he was very nice and professional. After looking at the fabric of my rug he explained the procedure as well as how to take better care of it in the future. He was knowledgeable, did the work fast, was able to remove some older stains and the rug looked such much better. Very happy with the service provided.
