Connoisseur Carpet-Upholstery

Do not trust them. I booked Connoisseur three months ago to clean our carpets before our daughter's wedding. I had used them before, and they had always moved furniture and throw rugs aside, cleaned our carpets, then returned them to their proper place. I was not told anything about the policy having changed, but this time they refused to move a thing.

After I had moved everything myself as the tech stood by and watched me, I commented that this new policy of theirs meant I wouldn't be able to use them again. He walked out. Unbelievable. I have subsequently rebooked with another company and can confirm it is standard procedure for all other carpet cleaning companies in our area to move furniture and throw rugs prior to cleaning.

Awesome job! Davis was running late because an earlier appointment showed up late. He stayed until after 7pm to get the job done. He is polite, professional, thorough and made our carpets look better than they have in years. He did the job for the quoted price. Connoisseur Cleaning is THE BEST, no really they are the very best! I was calling all over to find an excellent quality and professional carpet cleaning company with no luck. I finally asked some friends who I should call and Connoisseur Cleaning came recommended by more than one friend! They did not disappoint. They were friendly, professional, thorough and made the whole process enjoyable. I could not recommend them more highly. I will never have to look for another carpet cleaning company again!

Connoisseur was highly recommended to me and what a find. Professional as in on time, tidy and polite - but most importantly - beautiful work. My rug looks new. My furniture doesn't have a remaining stain, it is spotless! Now it's my turn to highly recommend them. Local business, family run, second generation. Really nice.

It would be one thing if these guys had only performed the miracles that they did on my carpets, but to couple that with INCREDIBLE, accommodating service deserves more than 5 stars. We, shamefully, hadn't gotten our carpets professionally cleaned for 5 years. I had assumed that the carpets in our rental were beyond cleaning and didn't want to spend the money to put lipstick on a pig, so to speak.

I finally reached a breaking point, spending so much time in my home office, surrounded by old coffee stains and dirt that I reached out to Connoiesseur Carpet Cleaning. I had heard great reviews about their work over the years but had yet to experience it myself. Let the before & after photos speak for themselves. It's been a couple months now and the stains are still GONE.

Not to mention, they were able to squeeze me in for a touch up when I dropped an entire almond milk latte off the side of my desk shortly after the cleaning. Only the second time I've used this service and the first time I've had my tile floors cleaned. The carpet and the floors look incredible. Davis did an amazing job. Great communication, great service. I will most definitely be calling them again.

Have been a customer when Connoisseur started. They are the BEST! Every year they just continue to get better. They care about their clients. They continue to invest in superior equipment. They are putting the carpet people out of business as my carpets always look just like new when they leave. Our dog loves them too as they can fix any problem that might have accidentally happened.

Connoisseur is the best carpet cleaner I have ever found. They just cleaned three vacant bedrooms in my rental property. Some cleaners will come in and basically vacuum your carpet with a steam cleaner; they're done in less than half an hour. Connoisseur does a very thorough job. They spent at least an hour making sure the carpets were spotless. They're fantastic! I also like how they call ahead to let you know when they are on their way.

This is the second time I've had my entire home cleaned by Connoisseur and I would definitely hire them again. Price was true to estimate. Timely work. Professional staff. They did a Great job on stains and the carpets look bright and smell great. Plus they are family owned and locally operated. Thank you Davis and Family!
