The chimney in our condo had a draft and we couldn't figure out why so we put some insulation and tape on it to no avail. We contacted Complete Chimney LLC and they scheduled us within a week's timeframe. Our Technician Joe L and Dan arrived on-time if not a bit earlier, went over the fireplace and gave us a quick synopsis of what was going on and why we were feeling the draft. Joe explained the mechanics of the fireplace and a couple of preventive measures that would help with this coldness we were experiencing.
What he explained, what they did to put flashing up at the vents and placed the insulation back where we had it taped has proven to be VERY EFFECTIVE and the draft is gone; going above and beyond is an understatement! Joe and Dan were EXTREMELY helpful, very professional and friendly, helped us square away our problem at minimum costs and were so informed about what they do and how it all works, explaining it all very well.

Joey and everyone else connected to this business is professional. I was even encouraged to check out other chimney companies but I can tell you none compared to what I found or received from Complete Chimneys in communication and responsiveness explaining details or answering my concerns. I have very high regard for Joey's knowledge about chimneys and I dont think he could possibly misrepresent anything offered. I'm pleased with all aspects of my chimney work and now will proceeed to my furnace chimney. My home was built 1965.

Bobby and JoeJoe came to inspect/clean my fireplace/chimney and provided excellent customer service. They were extremely professional throughout the entire duration of the service. John and Brian showed up and were super professional. They completely took apart our gas fireplace and found the issue very quickly. They explained maintenance and up keep on the unit as well. John came by and provided the in-home estimate. He was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly. We met with Michael at the show room on a Saturday, and he told us everything there is to know about the unit. He gave a great demonstration and was upfront about the unit options and differences. My experience working with Complete Chimneys was excellent from start to finish. The office staff are very polite, very professional and clearly knowledgeable of the details of the business. The service technicians, Joe and Dave arrived at the appointed time and efficiently performed the repairs to my chimney which included applying a crown coating and installing 3 flue caps.
This work was performed on a high chimney only accessible by a very steep roof. A previous company was unequipped to perform this work and I was very fortunate to have finally contacted Complete Chimneys. What a great job!

We recently purchased a new Regency Hi 2451 from Complete Chimneys to replace a 30+ year old wood stove. Michael Galvin, the Showroom Sales Manager was very informative and helped us understand the changes that have occurred over the years regarding wood stoves versus inserts as well as the current 2020 regulations that apply to wood burning devices.
He worked with Gordon Brandt from Regency Fireplace Products to answer questions we had regarding efficiencies of various units and to find the unit that best met our price range and the appearance we desired. The installation team arrived on schedule. They worked steadily, took precautions to protect the room and furnishings where the insert was installed, and assured we were satisfied with the installation before leaving.
Although we'll not be using the insert for a few months because of it being installed in warm weather, the overall performance of the personnel from Complete Chimneys and Regency Fireplace Products gives us great confidence that the new Regency Hi 2451 will serve us well.

I was impressed with Complete Chimneys. First, I have called multiple chimney sweeps during the busy season and either received no reply or an unacceptable appointment date (#monthsaway). I made an online appointment for sweeping my brick fireplace on Kent Island. The morning of the appointment, I called to make sure I was on their books. I was not, but Sara, quickly fixed the issue and sent two technicians out within 2 hours.
I had a sweep and camera inspection. The technicians showed me directly on the camera the issues with my chimney and recommended I not use the fireplace. All estimates and photos of chimney were sent via e-mail. However, they agreed to roll the price of my sweep and camera inspection into the price of a new insert and install. I was already looking to install a Wood Burning insert in the future. Joe and Joe set me up with a detailed complete estimate on the spot.
In addition, while speaking with Joe, I asked a question that he did not know the answer to. He admitted that he was a new technician and would not give me just any answer. Joe contacted a more experienced technician and got the correct answer. I really respected that. Once I finally figured out which wood burning insert I wanted for the family. Sara set me up with and appointment the next day at a great price.
The gentlemen that installed the insert were professional and courteous. They also re-caulked the chimney flashing without question and for free. I would recommend Complete Chimneys to anyone looking for Chimney services.

Matt was phenomenal in assessing the situation. There was water seeping through spider cracks and other areas in the chimney above the roof line. He pointed out all of the weak spots and provided the work plan. His demeanor before, during, and after the job was friendly, transparent, and simply awesome. The estimate provided was very fair and we didn't hesitate to go with him.
The brick work was methodical. Rene and Santiago were like surgeons. The finished product was fantastic as you can see. Everything from the dismantling to the rebuilding was well done. They were even able to find matching brick for a 31 year old chimney. Eric was also on site for the work and was extremely helpful. Mick, who was there on the first day, was also helpful in answering questions. The amount of attention given from this team was very comforting.
