I called complete carpet care to stretch several rooms of carpet. They responded quickly, respected my home and did an excellent job at an excellent price. I was asked at the end if i had a discount coupon which I had forgotten about which saved me an additional $50.00. I tore up the first check and wrote another one. I would recommend for all your carpet needs.

Rich (owner) and Brian are amazing! Our basement flooded and I called them late that evening. They were there first thing in the morning extracting the water and cleaned everything up before mold could set up. They were already to salvage our carpet and make it look new again! Unfortunately, it flooded a second time within a month! They came right back out again.
This time I decided to go with waterproof flooring lol. They laid that for us and did an amazing job. I love the personal approach they take. You feel like they really care about your situation and communicate really well. I would definitely recommend calling them for any water extraction it flooring needs!

Worst customer treatment. They called at 3:20 for my 3:30 appointment to cancel. Rescheduled for 2pm next day and they called at 2:45 saying they were late. I had called my apartment manager to see if they showed and they had not this was 4:15. When I called to see what happened I was treated rudely and blatantly lied to. The owner then proceeded to say he just isnt going to show at all. Mind you this was my move out apartment cleaning. I don't know how they have any good reviews at all.

I was excited to use complete carpet care because of the great sale price listed on Groupon. when i initially called no answer, so i left a voice-mail. Danielle returned my call the next day at 8pm. Saying that her battery had died and she was just now able to return my call, i gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued to schedule an appointment.
The day of the appointment the gentleman called me at 1:27 pm for my 1:30 appointment letting me know he would be late, no problem. It was 2:30 when he showed up and wanted to charge me an extra $10 for my closet. I decided not to go with them. And i highly suggest you don't either.
