Through out our many years as in-home service professionals, we at Clear Intentions Window Washing understand the important decision you have in allowing a service professional into your home without knowing that person. Please allow us this time to introduce our team to you. We are Brian and Elizabeth Olson, the parents of two enthusiastic tween girls, who love our business as much as we do. We are native to southern California but have also lived in Nevada, and Arizona, but came "home" to San Diego to raise our family.
Clear Intentions Window Washing is a residential cleaning company. We can reach windows up to a 3rd story with our ladders and we prefer to get up close and personal with each window for a spotless clean. Our ladders are equipped with pads on both the top & bottom so as not to damage your home in any manner.
Dirty solar panels decline your output. Most manufacturers recommend cleaning your solar panels twice a year for maximum efficiency. Our pure deionized water and boar's hair brush remove built up dirt, ash and bug residue that settles on your solar panels over time. Rain alone does not remove this and using a garden hose in Southern California can leave hard water deposits.
All window and door screens get threadbare after years of exposure to the Southern California sun. This leaves them much more prone to tearing and also significantly reduces visibility. While we do not replace screen frames, we can replace broken plastic corners and remove old screen and spline and replace them with new material.
