I have been using Chem-Dry for a couple of years and have always been VERY impressed with how responsive they are. Phone calls are returned promptly, scheduling is easy and the results have been consistently great. Jeremiah has always been the professional that has come to my home; he is prompt, professional and incredibly thorough; he doesn't take short cuts and doesn't recommend services that I don't need.

A year or so ago when my son had a (rare) allergic reaction to one of the products used on our couch the company took it seriously and called to check in several times; they also ended up taking that particular product out of service. This is a company that truly cares about their local customers and in return they will always have my business.

Fantastic job by Jeremiah with Chem-Dry. He let me know that the pet odor treatment they offer would've been far more expensive than was necessary for what the job required and did the normal clean with deodorizer treament instead. The results were fantastic and very quick. Beyond happy with the outcome and highly recommend. Very professional and great to work with and talk to. Scheduling was a breeze and very quick for such a last minute job before the holidays. Can't recommend enough, Jeremiah was great ask for him if you want great results!

Chem-Dry of Sioux Falls did a fantastic job on my very dirty carpet - dog and grandbabies. :- Brandon was prompt, courteous and clearly explained the process to me. The carpet was relatively dry when he finished-completely dry now. I loved that I didn't have to pull out fans and wait hours for the carpet to dry & humidity to dissipate which is typical when I used a water-based cleaning service. I will definitely use Chem-Dry in the future!
