I have used Certified in the past and had no issues. I had made arrangements for my high risk child to be out of the house during today's service, but they were 2 hours late due to technical issues. I was willing to let it slide, but the guy showed up without a mask. It is extremely irresponsible for him to expect to come into my house in the middle of a pandemic and potentially expose my family to COVID. I will find a different company that cares about the safety of my family.
