The service didn't start out well with them not showing up. I waited an hour and then called and found out there was a mistake and they didn't have me on the schedule that was originally confirmed. They sent a crew out right away, which was good and I appreciated. They came for a first-time deep cleaning, however, multiple restroom floors weren't swept or mopped, blinds weren't dusted, a couple of rooms weren't dusted, sheets weren't put on one of the beds, etc.

The attention to detail and deep cleaning did not happen as I expected. I took pictures/videos and talked with the owner, he was apologetic and sent the same crew the next morning to "redo" or actually clean what was supposed to be done the first time. Again, bathrooms were still dirty/dusty after second cleaning so I pointed it out and they vacuumed the bathrooms, but didn't mop and some blinds still weren't dusted. I expected the "deep clean" service that was described to me by the owner over the phone and unfortunately, I don't feel like that was the service we received.

Stuart was super helpful and quick to reply to several questions we had. Their 3 person team showed up on time and did an outstanding "floor to ceiling" cleaning of our 3,900 sq ft home. Also came in BELOW estimate - we were so impressed we signed up for monthly cleaning with the same 3 person team! Well done Castle Cleaning! Bill D.

Just had my first cleaning with Castle and I am super pleased. Stuart was quick to respond to my quote request and my follow-ups while I was in the decision-making process. On the day of cleaning, I received a notice when the crew was coming, so I could plan accordingly. The crew was very professional and considerate as I was working from home at the time.

The house looks great (including details like blinds and baseboards) and my floors feel so clean. Looking forward to using Castle as my go-to in the future. And on top of that - they even helped me get my ducks in a row (see photo). :)

Hired Castle Cleaning for a deep cleaning. The owner responded quickly and was very friendly! The cleaning crew arrived earlier than expected and did a great job cleaning. I decided to sign up for monthly cleanings. Thank you for your promptness and efficiency.

I contacted Stu (owner) and requested a move in ready, deep cleaning of my new home that had been under construction for months. I was told the crew would be at my house for approximately 3 hours, and the house would be cleaned from top to bottom, ceiling fans, light figures, all surfaces, windows, doors etc. and would be ready for me to move in. I moved into my home to find out the crew was at my house for a total of 94 minutes.

Ceiling fans, light fixtures and floors were still dirty. I sent pictures to Stu of just some of the things the crew missed. I spoke with Stu the day afterwards and we came to an understanding that he would send another crew out 10 days later (after I'd unpacked everything) to do a full deep cleaning, and he'd agreed to not charge me for the 94 minutes as I told him I had hoped to engage the services of his company for regular weekly cleaning.

Imagine my surprise when I received an invoice requesting payment for the incomplete job. I emailed back that I would not be paying it, as we had discussed having a crew coming back to do the job properly in 10 days. Last night at 12:46am I received an email from Stu, completely contradicting the agreement we had made. I do not do business with people that are duplicitous. Buyer beware.

I have used Castle cleaning for years, for anything from a regular cleaning to a deep cleaning to a move out clean and everything in between. It doesn't matter what type of cleaning I need done Castle always comes through. They were even at a clients home this morning as we finished the tile late last night & the whole home had a haze of dust everywhere. Castle executed a beautifully clean home for my clients to come home to even with multiple last minute schedule changes to make me look like a rock star.

Instead of the clients coming home to dust, they came home to a great smelling home that was meticulously clean & made a great impression. Thank you Stuart for you and your team, that I can always count on!

I hired Castle Cleaning to do a move out cleaning of my rental property. They did such an amazing job. The house is spotless. Every nook and cranny was accounted for and sparkling clean. I contacted Stuart with Castle Cleaning 36 hours prior to my wife's birthday. Castle Cleaning was able to squeeze us in and they were able to come the afternoon of my wife's birthday. They did an amazing job and allowed me to gift the best gift of all. A clean house for her birthday. We are very happy with their service and attention to detail.

They've cleaned my home and I've recommended them to a number of homeowners and renters. Latest job was a lifesaver on fairly short notice. There's no such thing as a perfect cleaning company/maid service. I'm impressed with their work.

I hired Castle Cleaners via ThumbTack.com and during the initial contact I was very explicit that due to a broken leg, I had not straightened the house for a couple of weeks and that it was my expectation that the cleaning crew would pickup & straighten up my apartment as part of their cleaning gig. Furthermore, I told them that I had just purchased a new Dyson animal vacuum cleaner and I wanted them to use my Dyson rather than the "cheap" vacuums that most cleaning companies use.

When the crew showed up this morning (vacuum cleaners in tow), I was promptly told by Victoria (team lead) that they do not pickup or move items; but rather that they only clean when they do not have to move anything. When I explained that I had explicitly emailed Stephanie via Thumbtack that my house needed to be picked up & straightened as part of the cleaning service; Victoria's response was "well she's new and she doesn't understand our process. Had you talked to Stuart (owner), he never let's us pickup or move anything during the cleaning process". Apparently, they've had complaints in the past when things got moved and misplaced.

I totally understand that policies were made to prevent customers from getting upset when things were moved/misplaced. However, since I was extremely clear in my initial contact that I expected that the cleaners would pickup things that I couldn't due to my broken leg. needless to say, I was less than satisfied. Maybe Castle should have read my email more carefully or followed up with some questions for me before booking the gig and setting my expectations.

I can't speak to the quality of their cleaning job. because they didn't clean anything. Also, I think it is a bit excessive to send in 4 cleaners to a 1,000 SQ FT apartment. My previous cleaners always sent in 2 people which was plenty and they always straightened up & asked me questions if they weren't sure if they should move something. Needless to say, I'm going back to the previous cleaners.

Castle Cleaning just did a move-out clean on our rental house. They were right on time and got the job done quickly. What they did well: The bathrooms are immaculate, even the toilets. The floors are in terrific shape. They remembered to clean inside all the drawers and cabinets, which I might have forgotten had I done it myself. I'm embarrassed to admit when the window blinds were last dusted, but they look great now.

The kitchen appliances are perfect, and the fridge practically shines. We're amazed they could get the kitchen that clean! A few things they missed: The tops of the doors and tops of the door frames were still caked with dust. The ceiling fans and light fixtures were dusted with a feather duster, but we still had plenty of accumulated grimy dust to wipe off.

They didn't open the windows to wipe the gunk out of the window frames, which took us some time to do after they left. I'd give Castle Cleaning a solid B+. We would call them again, though next time we'd probably go into a little more detail about everything that needs doing from the outset. Thanks to Castle Cleaning for making our move a little less stressful!

I have been using Castle Cleaning to clean my office for over a year. They come every two weeks and do a great job. My customers always say how nice my office looks and smells! I also use them to clean my house every few months as well. They do a very good job on the house as well. I only wish I could have them out to the house every two weeks!

I contacted Castle Cleaning to come out to our home to clean after we did some remodeling in our master bathroom. Castle sent out a 4-person crew that did a great job cleaning the house from top to bottom to make sure all the dust and grime was gone. They even recommended that we change out our air filters the next day to ensure our house was fresh, and we saw a big difference in the air quality after doing that. I highly recommend Castle Cleaning for anyone who needs house cleaning services. They're excellent!

Not only did castle cleaning do a great job inside my house they even cleaned out side. The recent storm had blown a lot of leaves and mud up on to the porch and they even swept it all up and tossed it in the can. I thought when I 1st hired them they would take a look at my house( since I have been a bachelor for the lat 2 years) and say hell no, but they did not even flinch and have gotten me up to snuff.

What can I say, Castle Cleaning is not only great at what they do as a cleaning service, they are also one of the best service businesses I've ever dealt with, period. We had a full deep cleaning of our two story house done. The price was more than reasonable, the cleaning crew was friendly and efficient. The level of cleaning detail was out of this world.

My wife and I were down on our hands and knees looking at every corner of the house and we couldn't find a spot they missed. My wife got giddy when she saw they special folded all our hanging bathroom hand towels like they do at a resort; it's the little special touches like that on top of great attention to cleaning detail that make them outstanding.

They were also able to get a water stain out of the refrigerator water/ice door that we haven't been able to get rid of in 10 years! Stuart, the owner, was also a pleasure to deal with. Super friendly, and followed up with us to make sure the crew didn't miss any areas, and any issues we had were addressed without question and promptly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and business. Treat yourself, call them. I wish I'd called them years ago. A clean house is a serene mind, and our minds are very much at ease now.

Castle Cleaning did an EXCELLENT job on our 3200 sq.ft. house right before it went on the market - we were prepared to pay extra for a more "detailed" cleaning - but Stuart, the owner, assured us that their "regular" cleaning would handle all of the areas that we wanted addressed. When the crew left, the house was spotless - all of the baseboards wiped down, etc. - just an excellent job all the way around. I have recommended them to several friends and business acquaintances - and will definitely be using them on a regular basis in our new home.
