Caspian Rug

Amazing repair of damaged Turkish carpet. Caspian repaired a puppy- chewed corner and fringe on the carpets we bought in Turkey. They matched the pattern on the corner too. The result is tremendous. They also cleaned the carpets. They were professional throughout, giving us an estimate from photos and verbal descriptions, sticking to it, doing the repair in the time promised (3 weeks for two carpets), and putting the carpets in plastic for our trip home.

Their store was easy to find, right off the interstate or by back roads. The owner even stayed after a bit for our pick up when we were held up on the way to them. We can't thank them enough. Other places wanted to simply cut off the damaged areas of the carpets and make them shorter. Only Caspian knew how to fix them and make them whole again and like new. 10 stars!

Great selection. Great service. Walked in and told the salesperson what size I needed and my color choices. Less than 5 minutes later I found my dream rug and I have been in love with it ever since! Reasonable prices too! Will definitely go back!

Usually I don't live reviews., this store deserves it Today I did the shopping for my entire house there, lots of assortment and quality rugs. Customer service, over 5 starts, very polite helpful and they come with good advices. The price are better then anyware. Definitely I recommend this store for make your house beautiful inside.

There are 2 owners here I believed. The first tIme I went there I wasn't sure which one to pick for my entertainment area, the owner told me that I could bring back to exchange. I left store worry free. Within 24 hours I brought the rug back to store because I needed a contemporary style more than a traditional. I exchanged for a more expensive one and this time I met Behrouz, and he told me that after I put this in the are I needed and it still didn't look right, I could bring back for a full refund because I couldn't find anything else I like in store.

Again this s the best offer because it made me walk out super worry free. Spending about $1,000 and was able to know that if it didn't fit what I wanted, I could return within 24 hours made me very happy. Behrouz also gave me opinions on how to decor my entertainment area using 8x10. I love the rug and my entertainment turned out as beautiful as I expected. Will definitely go back if I need another rug.

The owner of this shop went above and beyond to help my husband and I buy new rugs. I was a little wary at first but left smiling with two gorgeous rugs. He even negotiated on pricing. Instead of trying to sell us on having the rugs installed he actually showed us the proper way to do it! Majorly impressed!

Today I purchased a beautiful rug for my new home. Upon entering the store I was impressed by the wide selection of beautiful rugs on display. The variety in size, style, and price was fantastic! My husband and I received excellent customer service with an incredible amount of personal attention. We were never pressured into buying anything and in told up front if something was outside of the budget we were working with. Behrouz was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and he even gave us a great recommendation for a Persian restaurant in the area. Everyone at the store was friendly and we are thrilled with both our new rug and our wonderful experience.

And then once we found the right rug, they were very willing to work with me to make sure that the rug I loved was affordable. Within 20 minutes, my new living room rug was ready to go home. Very pleased with our experience! Just picked up our 5th rug. Cleaning was better than I ever excepted. I cannot believe they were ab;e to remove stain on my carpet. Staff are very courteous and super friendly.

It has been almost 10 years since I bought my beautiful transitional/contemporary area rug from Caspian Rug Company, which still looks brand new by the way! Recently I was in the market to buy a padding for my rug and looked around and priced this item. Remembering the great service and vast amount of choices in rugs including Silk and Persian where I first purchased my beautiful rug I called Caspian Rug Company. After consulting with Behrouz - President, I ended up buying my area rug pad from them and even got two appraisals! Great store, knowledgeable and nice folks!

Found this place while searching the Internet for Persian Rugs in Norcross Georgia. I went there from Asheville NC and they had the biggest selection. Pricing was fair for oriental rugs, Persian Rugs and almost any colors. My wife liked a silk rug that matched our decor. After some great negation swear bought it. Got it home and it looks great. Would like to thank the guys there for all of the help they gave me and my wife. Excellent customer service and great selections.

We needed a carpet runner for our stairs and my husband found Caspian online based on it's reputation. Even though we lived on the other side of town, we decided it was worth the trip based on the positive reviews. After describing what I was looking for, Masoud showed me samples. He was very knowledgeable and helped me better understand the type of materials available and what would be best for my budget and lifestyle and the location in the home.

I just bought a rug from this company for my dining room. They went above and beyond in customer service and my rug is beautiful. The rug I wanted was the perfect length for my dining room but too wide, so they took 6 inch off the width. You cant even tell they went in and cut out 6 inch from the middle. It looks like it was originally made that way. They also added fringe to the end. It only took two days for them to do this! Will be using them again!
