We have used Carpet Police services for years. They are responsive and always work above expectations.

Two weeks ago I hired the Carpet Police to steam clean my home's carpet. The employee, Daniel, did a GREAT job. We saved some money by moving our furniture out to the garage and Daniel cleaned all of the carpeting in the house not occupied by the couch or a bookshelf. He did a GREAT job, was polite, quick, and it was very affordable. Also, I just had two other guys from the company come over and do a cleaning job on my home's HVAC ductwork. Again, GREAT job. Yes, they were late, but they called ahead to let me know and it was fine.

They used a spinning sweeper broom in every duct and vacuumed out any and all dust/debri the broom picked up. And they were quick and the price was affordable. I'll be using the Carpet Police again.

Great job! Very helpful and courteous. They did not vacuum the carpets like they show in their video.

My carpet was left too wet, it took hours to dry. No one returned my call when I called about it. Their truck left a big oil stain on the street where they parked. The employees were nice, but certainly didn't do a good job.

Carpet Police did outstanding job of cleaning the carpet but I could not believe the wonderful job of cleaning my chair which had nothing been cleaned in 5 yrs n was really dirty. When Denny finished cleaning the chair, it looked brand new. Carpet Police did not leave a residue on the carpet like some n they did not leave the carpet so wet that it took 3 years to dry. Carpet Police did an outstanding job n will use Denny to clean my carpet, again n again. Great Job!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I have used them twice now for dog-related accidents on carpet and couch and can not recommend them enough! Alfonso and Alan are so professional, on time and friendly. I already plan to have them back for their duct and tile floor cleaning in the fall. These guys are the BEST! The service was fast, friendly and affordable. They came to clean my apartment carpet before moving out and with kids & dogs, I was sure there was no hope. In less than 45 minutes, my entire apartment was clean. Like no spots at all. Jorge called and said they were running ahead of schedule so they were able to come by 30 minutes early on a holiday. No extra holiday/after hours charges. Both gentlemen were extremely polite and professional. I will only use Carpet Police for all of my future carpet and upholstery needs!

These guys saved my carpet and saved me thousands of dollars! I just bought a new home and the carpet was so gross that I wanted to just rip it all out and replace it but they came in and made it look brand new! They fit in perfectly with my schedule and took their time making it look amazing. So many black, seemingly unsavable parts of the carpet are now pristine. They were friendly and professional as well. Don't look anywhere else for carpet cleaning service. They are by far the best! I will recommend them to anyone.

Carpet police was great! Carpets were fresh and they got a lot of dirty areas clean. Special props to Alfonso, who was very nice and managed to get a difficult wax spill off the tile from a scented candle plug-in we had. Very good work and experience!

This is a good and honest company. I had a gallon of milk spill out in the back of my van, and it wreaked so bad. I was desperate to have the situation remedied. They cleaned all the carpet and upholstery in my van. They got stains out that had been there for years! I was pleased with their work and I will continue to use their service for all of my carpet cleaning needs. The technicians were friendly and they explained to me exactly what to expect before during and after the cleaning.

We regularly use Carpet Police for our carpets on an annual basis and they always excel. We also have travertine flooring throughout the rest of the house and it was in need of cleaning. We decided to give them a try. Wow.incredible difference! Also after cleaning they sealed the tile. That also makes a huge difference on keeping the new dirt from penetrating into the tile again and washing them is a breeze now.

I highly recommend this to be done. And just yesterday, we had them do the outside upholstery on our sofas and chairs. Beautiful! We've had them do the inside upholstery but never dawned on them to do the outside. The company is super easy to work with and our favorite tech, Noe (pronounced No-way), has been at every job. I used The Carpet Police a number of times. Twice the Carpet Police broke items of mine. The first time they knocked porcelain flowers off a hand made pot, and I didn't do anything. I just had it repaired. The second time they broke two Hummels and a plate from Germany that were setting on a wall stand. The stand was not in a traffic area so I suppose they hit it with the handle of their equipment.

We notified the owner, and he said the cost would come out of the worker's pay and on and on. He finally paid for a repair at the Artistry in Glass. One Hummel had a large chip out of it, but the other was really smashed. I accepted the repair on the one that wasn't badly damaged, although the value was greatly diminished. I expected though the badly damaged one to be replaced.

The owner refused. Now, most businesses are bonded and insured, but apparently, this company is not or don't want to file a claim. I don't believe either that the cost is taken from the worker's pay. If this is true, they are even a worse outfit than they appear. Too, they don't value obviously their customers. I will NEVER use them again.

1st time using Carpet Police and had an AMAZING experience! Noe came out to clean the carpets of where I work (Therapy clinic) all by himself and got rid of the spots we had around the office, smelled clean and sanitized and ready before we re-opened our clinic! Quick to schedule, very professional and pricing was the best deal! Our clinic will definitely be using Carpet Police again! We highly recommend them! Thank you for your great work!

Best carpet cleaning experience ever! I spoked with Garrett on Thursday afternoon and arranged for the cleaning of my new office on Saturday morning. Noe and Ronaldo arrived exactly on time and were fun, professional and confident that they could liven up some pretty sad looking carpet. They did an amazing job! And the office smells good, too! These guys are awesome! Great service and great people!

I recently called Carpet Police after a guest left oil tracks across on my living room carpet over a one month period of time. I was away and when I saw the condition I almost scheduled new carpet. I decided to go ahead and give Dave a call and sent him pictures of the mass. Carpet police has cleaned my carpets for years but I really believed that this was beyond repairable. Carpet please arrived on time and also did some handy man repair for me.

Which I was very appreciative of and happy to check off my list. True to Dave's word he said he could get out the stains and he did. The carpet looks good, and will save me from replacing it for a couple of more years. I am so appreciative to the flexibility and professionalism of Carpet Police that I would not use anyone else. I highly recommend them without reservation.

I also want to add that they are always making time to talk with me and problem solve on my checklist of items that need taken care of. They fixed a screen door, they replaced a light fixture and sealed my front door. They also steamed my tiles before.

Look no further! This is the company to call for carpet, tile, and air duct cleaning. Their team is efficient and thorough. They are low pressure and do a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. My carpets looked brand new when they were finished. It was unbelievable! Thank you!

I hired Carpet Police for a house (1800 sf) I was putting on the market. The carpet needed to be steam cleaned, as well as the tile grout. The only positive part of the experience was they were able to get me in quickly. They had quoted me $325 on the phone but when they got there they called me and said that this was a $650 job. Ummmm, on what planet, Mars? I've had a dozen houses steam cleaned and I've never paid that much.

They agreed to honor the price they quoted. When I went to check the house the next day, to make matters worse, they forgot to clean the 1/2 bath downstairs. You could tell the grout had not even been touched. I called and they said they could either come back or give me $11 off. Neither option was good in my opinion. The house had to go on the market that day, and $11 doesn't seem much for missing an entire area. I will definitely be using someone else next time.

Great job done in short time, reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Did large and small rugs and all look much improved. Will call them again.

The guys who came to wash the carpet grout/tile were nice. There were some areas of grout that looked the same before they washed it. For the price we paid, they could've went over the small areas adjoining the rooms that were serviced without an extra charge.

I was glad to have my carpet cleaned by Carpet Police. They did a good job despite being twenty minutes late. My carpet really needed cleaning. I intend to contact them again. This was the second time I have had them clean my carpet, and essentially they are the only ones I can find who have a hose long enough to reach my dwelling, as I live in a condominium; other carpet cleaners do not have a hose long enough to reach my dwelling. This time they charged me less.

I've been using Carpet Police for years. They arrive on time and provide booties and solution for later touch-ups. They take their time and are not done in 15 minutes. They rake the carpet when done. I also used them for grout and tile cleaning and they've done a great job. They never disappoint. Give them a try!

The man who arrived at our house to do the work was very professional and did a great job. My complaint is not with him but with the pricing. When I scheduled the appointment I was told by David that it would be $35 for each bedroom (there are two) and $45 for the "great room". When the man arrived he mentioned a $25 trip fee which had not been mentioned when I scheduled the appointment.

After he measured the rooms he gave us an amount that was almost $150 more than what I was told over the phone. He called the Secretary and explained the situation and was able to get the price back down. I would highly recommend that the people in charge of scheduling be more honest with their pricing and mention the trip fee ahead of time also. Do not make your employees deal with the situation you created.

If you're a women do not call these people! I had them come to put a piece of trim down between my closet that had carpet and my bedroom which I had tile put in. The guy put down a piece of tack strip and that was it. For $55. And told me how to finish it my self. My boyfriend came home and stepped on the tack strip and then was blown away that someone would half azz a jab and then charge me $55.

So he then called them And complained. Then they send 2 men out. To supposedly Fix it. We now have half a metal strip down and the other end is popped up. So we now need to call home Depo and have them come fix it all. Save your money do it right the first time. Call Home Depot. I literally never leave reviews. But this is unexplainable!

As a real estate agent I've used the Carpet Police an several occasions and have never had a any issues. Always on time and a great job, every time! Highly recommended!

I have used Carpet Police for several years. At the last visit, Juan showed me how the floor tiles and grout would improve if it were cleaned. I decided to have the carpets, floor tiles and bathroom tiles cleaned. Juan is no longer with them (very sad about that) and a new worker came. The tile floors were definitely cleaner and the carpet was cleaned very well.

I was not happy with the bathroom tile cleaning because there is still calcium (white) areas. When I called Carpet Police was very happy to have Alphonso (asked for him) to come and see the tiles. He worked very hard but the areas are still not really as I expected them to be. I would definitely use for carpet and tile cleaning in the house but not in the bathroom. Rhonda S

These guys are amazing! We've used them twice in the past few months and they've been spot on each time. They were able to come the same day and left our carpet feeling brand new. There was a specific area in our carpet where our child spilled chocolate milk that was spoiling and smelling so bad that we had been trying to clean for days and had rented rug doctors and bought so many carpet treatment products without any relief.

The Carpet Police with Alfonso and his team came over and fixed the area in only a few minutes. They are prompt to their appointments and are very fair with their prices. We have 3 young boys and so likely, we'll need them in the future. The Carpet Police definitely has earned our business and will be the first place we ever consider for carpet cleaning.

We have used Carpet Police to clean our carpets and tile several times over the last few years. They are very good with employees who are personable, clean and know what they are doing. We have no complaints.

I have been very happy with Carpet Police. My first experience with them was at 2 am when I had a tenant flood their unit. Their 24 assistance saved me! They were thorough, professional, friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. I've since used them for cleaning projects -both carpet and tile/grout and have been impressed with every job they've done. Would highly recommend them to anyone for any of their services.but definitely for emergency water flooding help! They are great!

Did a poor job and charged extra because they said our living room was "too big". It's normal size. They came back and did it over but who need the hassle

WOW! What a fantastic, professional, and beautiful job! Juan and Alfred did our casita carpeting and slate tile, as well as all the slate tile on the first floor of our main house. The tile is natural stone, chinese multicolor and very difficult to clean because it is not smooth tile. THEY DID IT! They stripped all the old sealer, cleaned it so well that not a speck of dirt was on the floor, then applied 3 coats of sealant until my floors look model showroom new and all the many colors are restored.

Completely makes the home so refreshed looking, its like having a tile company come in and lay a brand new floor! Juan and Alfred were thouroughly professional, using barriers to protect furniture, moved and replaced all furniture, explained every step of the process. We have a lot of expensive art that they took very special care to not damage in the slightest.

You can get any company to come clean your tile, but if you dont use Carpet Police you are not going to get the quality that they provide. We have used them in the past at our rental properties just for carpeting and they did an equally stellar job. Again, WOW! We will never use another company for our floor and carpet cleaning.they are the best, and Juan and Alfred are a pleasure to have in your home
