I understand your concern perfectly, with three children of my own who all grew up on carpets cleaned by us (you didn't think we would hire someone else to clean our home, did you? This company has the RIGHT name, Nurse's Touch. Ed called me to let me know he was on his way about 30 minutes prior to my appointment time. He and his son showed up on time and got right to work. No playing, no joking around, straight work. They finished the entire house in under 90 minutes and the carpet looked better than the day I moved into the rental house.

I have a dog (house broken), but as you know dogs still get dander everywhere, stain the carpet with muddy paws no matter how many baths you give them or wipe their paws when coming in the door. Also, I am in the process of moving and the movers had come in earlier in the day and after 3 years the beige carpet was extremely stained.

Ed did an amazing job cleaning our carpets!! He was super thorough and made sure he worked to get every stain up! I have three little ones and they are pretty rough on our carpet but now after Ed cleaned it, it looks brand new!!
