I don't think my rugs had ever been professionally cleaned before Carpet Cleaning Manhattan cleaned them. They were dynamite from start to finish, and it's no surprise that they managed to get all the stains out. This is what they promised and they didn't fail me. How often does that happen? They're in my speed dial list these days and for good reason. I'll be hiring them again in a month or so, and I'm looking forward to this.

I love my silk rug, but it gets dirty quite easily, even though it's hanging on the wall. Whenever there's too much dust, stains that have appeared out of nowhere, and other factors that diminish its appeal, I hire these rug cleaners to get my silk rug in a presentable condition. Dependable is the perfect adjective for these guys. They came through in an emergency one time, and they saved me from having to get a replacement oriental rug. The oriental rug I have now has been in my family for over 100 years, so I'm in no rush to get a replacement. These guys are on speed dial these days and for good reason.

Not only do they achieve high-quality results effortlessly, but they don't charge a lot for their service. After they cleaned my Moroccan rug, I was able to put it back out in the living room. The first day it was out, a guest I had over gave it a compliment. This was the most obvious confirmation that Carpet Cleaning Manhattan did a bang-up job when cleaning my Moroccan rug. If I ever let this rug get as dirty as it was, and I doubt that'll ever happen again, these cleaning specialists are hearing from me.

Everything you can think of was making my rug unattractive: food and drink stains, pet stains, pet hair, dirt. And who could forget about all the allergens and other dangerous particles? Now I don't stress over any of these negative factors, and that's because this company was able to get my rug cleaned for a good price. It's actually compliment-worthy again! If my rugs ever get as dirty as they were, and I doubt this is possible, I'm calling these rug cleaning pros without thinking twice.

Good experience from start to finish. Gave them two rugs to clean, one that had a cat urine stain on it. I wasn't that optimistic but when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised - you can hardly see it. The other one looks beautiful. Helpful customer service team and the guy who picked up my rug and delivered it back was friendly. Thank you!
