Carolina Carpet Solutions always does a great job! I have used them for regular carpet cleaning, area rugs, upholstery and pet stain cleaning. They take great pride in their work and always make sure that I am pleased with the cleaning. Recently, they have come on 2 occasions for "emergency" pet cleaning and helped save our 2 new area rugs. You will not be disappointed if you call Matt!

Excellent service with a professional and friendly staff. I had several hard to get out stains and it came out beautifully! Made the older carpet new and fresh again. From on-line reservation to easy on-line payment of invoice, my experience with Matt and Carolina Carpet Solutions was a positive one. Matt was quickly responsive to my initial questions, as this is not my typical way of booking a service, and provided further information about processes without ever trying to "upsale". Once on site, Matt's professionalism is reflected in his demeanor, equipment, and efficiency. Carpets look great and I am 100% satisfied. Matt and son go above and beyond to help his customer. I had a major stain from a stomach bug during the night and Matt was able to help me out the very next day. He's professional, thoughtful, prompt, and thorough. I've used him in the past and he never fails to get the job done. His prices are very reasonable and his customer service is top notch, which is hard to find in the service industry.
I trust him with my furniture, walls and my dog roaming around while he works, and he has even recommended outside sources for oriental rugs which was right on target. I would never call anyone else. It's always a pleasure to have CCS in my home.

First and foremost, Matt always does a very thorough, high quality job. Secondly, he is always professional, responsive (if you have a pet accident), and on time. I like how you can see his openings on-line and choose an appointment day and time. You receive a confirmation notice for your selected appointment time. I've been using him for carpet, area rug, and upholstery cleaning since 2011 (maybe even earlier than that, I can't remember), and nobody else. The quality of his work over that span of time has been reliably consistent.
