If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return and re-clean whatever is in question at no additional charge. And, if you see something that's not up to your standards, just let us know within one business day after the cleaning. We promise to correct it by returning at the earliest possible moment, without a bit of hassle.

Terrible service. First cleaner came and tried to take my business private to her own company within 5 minutes of meeting and admitted using inferior products to clean because Carol doesn't pay them enough. I decided to give them another shot using another cleaner recommended by a friend. This one got the drain stopper stuck in my bathroom sink and tried to pry the stopper out and bent the metal on the drain.
I confronted Carol and she said her cleaner didn't do it saying "The cleaners do not have any tools with them. They only have cleaning supplies. It would be impossible for her to move metal with her bare hands". Very rude and condescending. I asked for a full refund and for her to fix my sink. She denied the repairs and only offered 50% refund which I refused. Save yourself some trouble and hire another service.
