This is my SECOND time to use ARS Mitigations for water related damage/flooding, and they exceeded my expectations yet AGAIN! This time, it was a hot water tank failure that flooded the lower level of the home. Upon calling, I spoke directly with the Owner, Rick, who handled the situation not only calmly in my state of despair, but QUICKLY by having his team out there within the hour- INCREDIBLE!

They assessed the situation, removed all the baseboards and extracted the water. They then inundated the area with fans and a dehumidifier and had the place bone dry within 24 hours. Everything was communicated with me promptly, and the team could not have been more accommodating and professional. It's obvious to me that this company takes the time to train their employees, and everyone takes responsibility for their work- rather refreshing these days!

Upon putting the base molding back in place, I realized were able to save 95% of the existing molding, saving me both time and money! I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company. I wish everyone worked as well to satisfy the customer as Rick and ARS does! Well done, sir, well done!

I cannot say enough about ARS. They were incredibly responsive, professional, understanding, and courteous in every interaction. and to a person. They always called or texted me before they arrived, showed up on time, explained what they were doing. ensuring that I understood what had been done and when and what would be done next. They were so easy to work with and seamlessly interacted with my insurance company.

Especially given the context of why they were here, all of the above was so appreciated. I highly recommend ARS, Inc. and I don't make reservations casually. But given the experiences that I've had with other similar companies, I recommend them gladly!

We sustained damage from a faulty HVAC drainline and called ARS on a recommendation. What a GREAT call. Rick (the owner) was all over it and came out within about 4 hours of my call, same day. And the techs that arrived stayed late into the evening making sure our home had the best shot at a full recovery. They saved everything that could be saved. I strongly, highly recommend this company.

They did a decent job on a water Leak that I had had my issue was the updates were not very often and I had to constantly asked for updates I didn't like that it could have been done a lot better but they did finally follow through after I has repeatedly asked for it and they did do a good job my only issue is that I had to constantly asked for updates

Everyone I spoke to at ARS was friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning up our water damage, and were patient and helpful with my many questions. While obviously I don't hope to have water damage again, I would only call ARS if I did. I happily recommend them.

Last week we woke up to 3 inches of water flowing thru our dining room and family room. Within two hours of contacting my insurance company who called ARS there were workers in my home working hard to clean up the mess! Five stars! Removing flooring, cutting out dry wall, carpeting and doing what ever it took to clean up this situation! Great job!

I only wish that my repair contractors (different company) would be as diligent! I could say more great things about them but got to get back to work now! GREAT JOB! Great customer service and follow thru! :)

I had a washing machine overflow, but I work so the guys came out took care of everything with a lock box. One minute there was a mess the next minute it was all gone. Never had a worry, and the house was cleaned up every evening the guys had to work. Highly recommend them and my insurance company, USAA does too. They are a preferred contractor for more than one insurance company. Quick response and flexible scheduling, check them out.

Absolutely wonderful service! After a pipe busted in our house, Marcus came out and gave A+ service making sure that everything would dry quickly and removing all of the water damaged carpet products and sheet rock. I was even more impressed when Rick, the owner, came out to meet me personally. It's the little things that make a big difference! Wonderful company with wonderful customer service!
