Camille's House Cleaning Angel

I would not recommend, due to her lack of professionalism, and overall horrible customer service. I found Camille's company buy looking around here on yelp. When coming across her company I noticed the 2 star review but decided to ignore it due to my lack of judgment. None the less I gave her a call and set an appointment to do a cleaning at one of my residence.

I normally don't write bad reviews but once thing after thing start happening I was left with no choice. Not only was she over an hour late to our appointment. When she did get there she stated that this was bigger than she expected. Even though I gave her the exact sq of the home, and claimed she would have to come back another day to do the cleaning because she didn't want to work past dark. Frustrated, I agreed to let her and her ladies come back once she cleared her schedule to accommodate and make room for my cleaning expecting it to be the following day.

Not only did she not come and clean my residence the following day she did not return my phone calls until 3 days later. When I did get a chance to get her on the phone she stated to me that it was more than what she was expecting and that it would have cost more that what we agreed on initially. All of which if fine but she didn't have anything to say about not returning any of my calls or voicemails in those days.

She began to be nasty to me and act as if she was not trying to acknowledge just leaving me high and dry for 3 days. Overall I would not recommend her to anyone and I definitely wont be using her services.

Terrible experience. Used these people for years. They are very Slap-dash in their cleaning. Finally had enough. Too expensive for quality of service. Management doesn't really care. When we found that they had stolen a lot of personal expensive items and the owner denied it, we let them go. Turned the matter over to the police.

Camille's Cleaning Angels, Inc is a professional company. They have been in business for 27 years. Their employees work very hard to make customers happy with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We've used Camille's for several years. The team of ladies that take care of our home on a weekly basis have consistently done an excellent job. I would recommend Yolanda, Lisa and Monica for any of your housekeeping needs. Very reliable and friendly.

Best cleaning service I've ever had. Very great work & very nice employees!

Beware of these people. They worked for me for years and slowly stole jewelry during that time. When discovered, they took no responsibility for the theft. The owners just denied the possibility that theft could have happened and turned in the keys. The business is bonded but that didn't help me when the owners refused to believe that they had thieves working for them.

The quality of their work in general was slap dash at best. What a shame that these people have let their standards fall so badly. The police have been called in to investigate the theft at my home. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business.

Its been my experience with Camille's Cleaning Angels that they are very professional. I have seen them attack some large scale construction clean-ups with excellent results. Easy to work with. I would also recommend them for smaller scale jobs.

I was moving into a new house, it was completely empty so it should have been a very easy house to clean. We hired Camille's Angels to come clean. They sent over 4 ladies, who were all very nice. They told me it would take 4 hours, its a 1750 sq/ft house. I left and came back 4 hours later and they were finishing up cleaning. We ended up paying $500, they asked if there was anything else we wanted them to do, but I needed to start moving my stuff in so I said no without really taking a good look around.

Once I really started looking around it was one thing after another they missed. With 4 people there for 4 hours they should have run out of stuff to do after 2 hours and been looking for things to clean. Camille's Angels idea of cleaning is to mop with lemon scented floor cleaner so it smells clean when you get back. The refrigerator was filthy, all the kitchen cabinet knobs felts like they had grease on them, as well did the rod to open and close the blinds.

The carpets had spots with dried mud on them that a vacuum wouldn't get up but you could easily break up with your fingers and then vacuum up. The showers didn't look like they cleaned them at all. The mopping job they did wasn't really very good either. I would have been satisfied with that job for $100 not $500!. Anyway the house I moved out of I obviously didn't hire Camillles Angels again.

I hired Sparkling City Cleaners or something like that. Its was for an 860sq/ft apt. The owner on the phone told me it would cost $100. They sent two much younger women than the Camilles Angles over and they did a really good job, but then they told me the bill was $200. And they could not get a hold of their boss on the phone to confirm she told me $100.

I ended up paying $150, however they did a much better job, and I believe it was an honest miscommuincation. The bottom line is Camille's Angels just don't want to get dirty when they clean. They do a real superficial job of cleaning and are way over priced. Nice old ladies, but hire some younger ones that do a better job.

I hired Camille's to clean a home. I requested 2 hours because that was all my budget allowed. I was charged for 3 hours. I asked why and the manager (Abbey) told me that the crew stayed there 3 hours and I would be required to pay for the 3 hours. I tried to reason with her reminding her that I only requested 2 hours and it was unfair to charge me for more than I ordered.

Later on, the owner Camille, called me. I was on the phone so she left me a threatening voice message saying she was going to come by my office to pick up a check for the full 3 hours ($243). I called her back and she was irate that I wouldn't just agree to pay her. I offered to pay her for 2.5 hours and she became more upset, her manager also threatened to spread rumors about me professionally. This is blackmail and a business should not be allowed to operate like that - it is also unethical and unprofessional!
