Great experience ordering parts. They are quick to correct any mistakes on their end and satisfy their customers. We originally purchased a floor machine from them and now we use them for replacement parts like brushes and hoses. Great pricing all around and fast shipping on the parts. We will continue using them for as long as we have the machine and we will probably purchase our next machine from them as well.
