Busy Brooms

Busy Brooms has been our go-to to clean our office space. Mrs. Johne and her team are amazing. They are responsive and efficient. We had them do a deep clean for us not too long ago and the placed looked like new. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Charlottesville area. Jamie, the operations manager, is very efficient in scheduling and responsiveness.

I have my own business and rely on Busy Brooms to take charge of the house cleaning task for me! I originally selected them because they have a great reputation and have been around a long time. I am very satisfied with the service I receive. They have my key, and they come in while I am at work. They are reliable, I trust them completely, and I am so happy to come home to a professionally cleaned house. I would highly recommend Busy Brooms.

I scheduled an estimate for a Tuesday at 9 AM.no one shows up, or even calls, so I call their office to let them know. The woman was very apologetic and we rescheduled for the same time Friday. Well Friday comes along and I don't hear anything until 9:15 that morning when someone calls and tells me they can't be there till 9:30. I was very upfront with them with my initial set up and after rescheduling that I cannot do anything after 9:15 due to my job.

So once again, we reschedule for the same time Monday. Guess what happens on Monday. It's 9:20 and I hadn't heard for anyone. So once again I call the main office to be told that they are minutes away. I wait till 9:30 and then had to leave. Long story short - I wouldn't hire these people if they cannot even show up to an estimate. I understand things happen so the first was a pass (even though a call should've been placed).

I got a quote over the phone and for a move out cleaning for my studio apartment they wanted at least $175. For that price, I'm going to find someone who's at the very least reliable.

I got my home cleaned by Busy Brooms today, and it was a wonderful experience. Everything is spotless and perfect. My home and its contents, including my dogs and all of my furniture and possessions, were treated with care and respect. They went into every nook and cranny and cleaned EVERYTHING! I would absolutely recommend their services. They are not the cheapest in town, but I have tried out multiple other cleaning services, and Busy Brooms was the most thorough and professional by a LONG SHOT! My house is literally sparkling! I cannot rave enough! I am so thrilled!
