John Burdick has over 25 years of experience in the carpet and upholstery cleaning business. John maintains his certification through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) and International Cleaning and Restoration Association (ICRA). Not only was John one of the first Certified Master Cleaners in the area, he continues his professional growth through ongoing continuing education.
John is the face of Burdick's Cleaning. He got his start in the cleaning business way back in junior high school. One of his teachers moonlighted as a cleaner after school, weekends and over the summers. He needed an assistant, John needed money to buy a car and the rest is history! He started Burdick's Cleaning in 1991, and ran with it full time in 1996.

We would like to publicly thank Burdick's Cleaning for the fantastic job they did removing a coffee stain from our carpet. A full mug of hot coffee was spilled on light colored carpet in our family room. John Burdick did a fantastic job getting it out. His knowledge and expertise for cleaning rugs is unsurpassed. We have used his company two times, once for complete rug cleaning and once for this stain removal, We were very satisfied with both experiences.

Using Burdick's Cleaning Service was a great experience starting with talking to Rashel and setting up our appointment, to meeting John and having him explain his entire process including costs before he even began work. He was very considerate of our home and when he was finished our 17 year old carpets looked like "new". He also recommended after care and maintenance tips to help them stay looking great longer. We had just had new carpeting installed when I accidentally and unknowingly cut my foot while on a ladder. The blood stain left behind was small, but had seeped into the carpet. Had our hardwood floors cleaned by Burdick's and we are very pleased. Before our appointment everything was clearly described, and then John explained everything when he arrived, too. Our floors look brand new! We are super rough on our floors (2 adults, 2 young children, 3 dogs) so I was majorly impressed with how great they look - and they still look great! We will definitely invest in periodic cleanings and follow the recommendation for the finish that can be applied, too! Pricing was very fair, too!

This is the second time we have had john come to our home to clean grout. this time it was the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms and what a great job he did! looks so much better! he explained the entire process and what was going to be done following all covid 19 protocols. will definitely use him again should the need arise! cant recommend him highly enough!

The service was excellent! On time to pick up and delivery was as promised. John was very helpful in advice on the continued care of the carpeting and explained in detail the cleaning process. With the present restrictions during the pandemic and the inclement weather, the quality of service was even more appreciated----and done with a smile! John is so knowledgeable about how to maintain carpets. He really cares and responds quickly when I have a pet incident. My carpets look 100% better since John started cleaning them. I have tried others but they don't compare because John takes the time to discuss and treat each stain. Also his products are top quality and do not attract dirt. Thank you John!

Stunning results that exceeded our expectations! John not only made our tumbled marble floor gorgeous, he provided expert advice on maintenance. Prior to meeting John, we had considered ripping out the floor because it was not our style and presented many cleaning challenges given it was natural stone that had not been sealed by the previous owner.
He made a strong case for preserving it given the craftsmanship and cost of the materials, and once he had worked his magic, we now plan to keep the floor. Thank you so much!
