We have a very reliable team, so should any cleaning technicians be away for any reason, we do have other team members to complete your service. We provide all cleaning products to complete the job of making your home look and feel great, but if you have that special product of your own, we can surely follow your instructions. Because we are experts in house cleaning, we promise not to stay in your home all day long.
We service most of Montgomery and Howard Counties in Maryland, and Fairfax and Arlington Counties in Northern Virginia. Our cleaning technicians follow our All Inclusive Cleaning Checklist, found on our website, each cleaning visit. Meaning we do a deep cleaning each time and not just the 1st visit.

They did a basic clean I have had my home professionally cleaned or a regular basis. They did not do a thorough job of cleaning a perfectly empty house. Before I moved in. The refrigerator still had spills left uncleaned. Stuck between the shelves. This service was at an extra cost. It was extra to wipe out cabinets and oven as well which I didn't mind paying but they did not do well. I wish I could post pictures. Find another company.

Budget Maids did an amazing job with my train wreck of a home, haha. They were thorough, yet quick! They respected my home while I was gone and I fully trust them. We had been using Budget Maids for several years and recently decided to try another service because they were too often breaking things. (The last straw was a broken ceiling fan blade arm. The arm was made of metal and for the life of me I could not figure out how they managed to snap it in half.) But that's not the reason for this review or the low rating.
I was called recently by a detective from the Montgomery County Police, who asked me if we had suffered a theft of jewelry. I answered that I wasn't aware of one, and I was told that I was being called because we are a customer of Budget Maids, and a housekeeper working for Budget Maids was the thief. The detective sent me a link to an online police folder containing photos of stolen jewelry that we later were told were valued at about $50,000.
My wife looked at the folder and found a number of pieces that are hers. Apparently, she will be able to get her jewelry back (it had already been sold to a pawn shop), but we have had to jump through a number of hoops with still more to come. Budget Maids has never called us to apologize for the theft, offer help, or to compensate us for any stolen jewelry that the police have not recovered. I'd characterize our experience with Budget Maids as disappointing, and that's putting it kindly.

County Police notified us and said the list of homes that could be affected by the theft is from Budget Maids themselves. We used your service because of the background checks you said you did, so is just as surprised to learn of this investigation. It's sad to know that it could only be 1 employee who might be at fault, but please at least acknowledge that there is a police investigation going on. I hope you notify all your customers of this situation and own up to mistakes instead of denying them.

We have been using various cleaning companies for years, and recently saw the Budget Maids cars driving around the area, so decided to give them a try. Firstly, their prices were quite reasonable, and their office staff seemed easy to work with. Since signing up for service every 2 weeks, we have been getting the same 2 ladies, who come always dressed in uniform, and doing a consistent job since. Consistency is what we have been looking for, and believe this is the company we want to have a long term relationship with.
