I worked for this company and they had someone from the office come in and fire me instead of my boss/supervisor. They told me I wasn't doing my job and working the hours I was supposed to when the woman who trained me told me I could come in anytime after 4 and leave whenever I am done cleaning what I was supposed to clean. They are very unprofessional, they deserve ZERO stars, the other lady I worked with was VERY rude and childish.

Do not work for this company! They don't know how to be professional. The lady told me I was trained four times when I was trained TWICE. They didn't give me a full reason as to why they fired me and the lady who did it wouldn't let me speak at all and talked over me. Horrible company they should be sued.

We began working with Brophy for additional disinfecting and rapid response during the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition to regular daily sanitation in our manufacturing space, the have been a tremendous partner for us during this time, and have always come through when needed in crisis response to allow us to reopen with a safe environment for our employees. Eileen Brophy runs an exceptional business with meticulous, high standards and a personal dedication to making sure her clients are more than satisfied. When Eileen's husband passed away unexpectedly years ago and left her the business, she committed herself to learning everything she could about how to run it. I've never seen clients express such awe and dedication for their cleaning company before. The connections Eileen makes are personal, and her team maintains the high standards that make clients feel well taken care of and understood. Beyond running an exceptional business, Eileen is a strong community leader. Not only does she sit on nonprofit boards, but she also speaks at community events and donates her personal time and resources to improve the lives of our community's most vulnerable animals and children. She lives her life and runs her business with high integrity, and that is rare and worth experiencing.

During my time with Brophy Services I saw every side of their operation. Despite the difficult challenge of hiring, training, and keeping quality employees there is always great optimism, fortitude and resolve to make each day the best it can be and that comes from the top down. Each team member from the President of the company to the newest employee is a part of the daily process and is asked to invest in the success of all.

Their business is building relationships with employees and customers, big and small. Everyone who walks in the building is given the same opportunity to succeed. It was an honor to call Brophy my home for nearly 6 years! I would highly recommend this company for employment or any of your facility's maintenance needs.

I have a long standing relationship with the team at Brophy Services and cannot say enough about them! They are professional and service oriented, offering a variety of commercial cleaning services that can truly fit every need. Services such as Kaivac for bathrooms, of which they are scheduled to do at our new commercial office location!

I have used Brophy Services for our floor care needs at our Optical Office for the last 8 years. The staff always goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Very flexible with scheduling and excellent work. We even had to use them for an emergency clean up and the response time and price can't be beat. Great locally owned business, which I highly reccomend.

It's been a while since I recommended Brophy Services to my church and I've never looked back. They do a great job!

Too menu cooks everyone's a manager -no cleaners -then one says this - one says that-it's hard to work in this environment.if you make a mistake they threaten you and no one is very helpful. May have good cleaners but I advise -Do not work for this Conpany.

Our company's manufactures food and keeping our facility clean and food safe is a top priority for us. After trying to hire and maintain our own cleaning staff for several years without a lot of success we discovered Brophy Services. Hiring Brophy has been one of the best decisions we've made and is one of the best outside service providers I've ever hired.

From day one they have been thorough in determining our needs, hiring and training their staff and following through on every concern we've ever had. Brophy is a fantastic partner and easy to work with. It's amazing to me that a company as large as they are can give us the individual attention you would only expect from a very small company. I Can't say enough good things. Wish more vendors were like Brophy.

Consistency is definitely not key with this company. One employee excells where another falls short of mediocre. Despite professing to be a "green" company, the employees are not on board, dumping recycleables in trash, despite separation. Sometimes you get what you pay for I guess.
