Boss Systems Carpet Cleaning

You should really teach your drivers not to block other people's cars so they can't get to work! Be respectful of your customer's neighbors because it's extremely unprofessional.

They have been cleaning our carpets for a few years now, and we love Boss Systems! They are prompt, thorough, fairly priced, and great to have In our home. Thank you, thank you!

I would not really recommend boss company they are scammers. They told me they were going to put a pee treatment on my carpet because I have 2 dogs. But didn't see no change. They told me it might not work but the pee they put it all over the carpet while it was only one spot. I can't believe it. There was a change on my carpet due to it being dirty that's why I give them 4 stars but not really recommend on pee treatment no no no.

I cannot believe how great my basement carpet looks after Boss' cleaning. Its 17 years old downstairs and constant use by kids and toddlers means years of wear and spills and looked so bad I planned to replace it, but didn't have time with covid delays before kids came to stay. We recently had our carpet stretched and cleaned. The before/after difference is amazing. So glad I made the appt to get this work done in the first place, as it is back to being taut and clean. My dog had a bad night, apparently had eaten something she wasn't supposed to, and got terribly sick. all over our carpet. We needed someone to come out ASAP. BOSS was great! They came out, cleaned the disaster spots and left no sign (or smell) that anything ever happened. The guy that came is Chance, and he came the first time we used Boss. Chance is courtesy, helpful and fast! I would totally recommend him! They were great!

Although I have a firm rule that never allows food over my lovely oriental rug, I gave into my 99 year old father-in-law's request for a glass of grape juice, falsely reasoning that he had never spilled anything before. You know where this is going: my great horror at the purple stain which had already been there one day when I discovered it.

Boss came running to the rescue within two hours and I'm so happy to report that not a trace of that stain remains. THESE guys are heroes forever in my book. I'm going to be relieved every time I look at that carpet.

Fantastic service, great prices! I've used these guys four times now and they're always on time and fair on their bid. Their work is excellent! They were able to get the oddest stains out of my couch, linen fabric chair and carpets. I would totally recommend these people!

We always use Boss Systems to clean our carpets! We've also have them stretch carpet and clean tile and they do a great job. Our technician is always friendly, works quickly, gets out stains and takes care of everything we need. The prices are very reasonable compared to others.

I've worked with Boss Systems for years now! I used to be a property manager of a very large apartment complex in Provo, UT and I used Boss Systems for all our carpet cleanings at move ins and move outs.or when ever we had any type of flood. I now use them for my personal home and have always loved working with them. They are quick to help and respond and their quality of care is what I need and expect. : I would highly recommend.

They always do such a great job at the Ridge Cottonwood with a great dependable service, and an attitude to match! We appreciate them so much!

I was charged nearly twice the estimated amount, including line items for cleaning flooring that doesn't exist at my place. When I called the office they told me tough luck.

Though I can't say how they did with the carpet, I can review everything leading up to the cleaning. I initially scheduled them to come on a Tuesday but had to reschedule for the next day, so I called their office and they rescheduled the appointment for me, no problem. Unfortunately, they forgot to change the schedule so I had cleaners on Tuesday trying to find my house, I had to tell them I rescheduled for Wednesday and they said that was fine.

All of this was understandable. The Wednesday appointment was set for sometime between 11am-1pm but they didn't get there until 2pm since they were running late. That was inconvenient but understandable I guess. I paid their minimum amount of $75 (I only had two small rooms to clean) and asked the cleaner if he could lock up once he was done and that was that. In conclusion, they seem friendly but definitely not perfect.

They are excellent carpet cleaners. They have the correct equipment to get the job done right. Their machines are powerful and they get stains out. Their results are impressive. I also like their employees who are kind and hardworking. They are on time to their appointments.

Terrible service. We had an appointment set from 3-5 pm and had all our furniture already moved for it. We waited till 6 and finally had to leave cause we had prior engagements set. We got a call at 6:30 that the guys was finally finishing up elsewhere and on his way. He should have called sooner to at least let us know cause then we could have rescheduled our other appointments.

Now we have to move our furniture back and move it all over again to call someone more reliable. We are extremely upset about this and would not recommend this carpet cleaning place to anyone.

Okay, I'm cheap. My living room carpet is about 30 years old and I didn't want to spend my remodel budget new carpets. I set an appointment with Boss Systems after getting a raving recommendation for them from a neighbor. And that's in spite of a previous poor review on Yelp. Calling them was one of my BEST decisions, ever! Jeremy Randall, one of their top technicians, did a thorough inspection on the condition of my carpets, gave his honest, no-pressure but expert recommendations, and then got to work.

Crazy to say, but these 30-year old carpets look new again! Jeremy and his crew were meticulous, courteous, and thorough. The results FAR exceeded my expectations! My only regret is not getting before and after photos.because no one will believe these carpets aren't new!
