Travis responded quickly with an accurate quote. He is friendly and professional, which is a bonus. The work he did was outstanding! Our carpet had a few pet stains but the thing I was most worried about was slime. Yes, green slime on my beautiful, expensive carpet. I'm delighted to report we are slime free! Thanks, Travis! We needed very bad dog odor removed from a rental home we own after a tenant vacated. Bluewater carpet cleaning came out soon after we called and got the smell out.
