Dimitri squeezed us in on the morning of the Fourth of July so we could get the carpets cleaned before our furniture arrived. The carpets were in bad shape after renting the house for a year to a family with 4 small kids and we were worried they'd need replacing. A few hours later they felt good as new. Dimitri was great to work with as well. He was kind and patient with us as well as our three kids and dog.

Dimitri measured our square footage to calculate the fee, offered a first time customer discount, then did an efficient and thorough cleaning. I appreciated that corner protectors were used to protect our walls, plastic was put under our furniture feet, fans were turned on to speed up drying - obvious attention to detail! No chemical smell at all (very important to us since we have a crawling baby and pets). Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Had to get my carpet cleaned on very short notice. Dimitri and Stefan came in day-of and did an excellent job. The carpets look great. They even did an extra drying pass to make sure they were all dry. Would definitely give them a call if I needed my carpets cleaned again!

The best experience with a carpet cleaner, so far! Dimitri came to our house to clean the carpet. Last time we had it professionally clean was 3 years ago. It's hard to believe how much better it looks like now. Dimitri spend a good amount of time working on the details, cleaning some hard to access places like under our king size bed that we could not move. Results are great, and our off wihte carpet looks off wihte again!.

We had a reappearing brown spot the next morning on an old spot. From the web litterature, it seems to be a common problem. This is a wonderful company that provides excellent service. Dimitri was on time and extremely professional. He did not provide me with any false hopes of being able to correct a very stubborn stain from melted wax on my carpet over the phone. He explained that he would do his best and he sure did. The stain was totally removed and the rest of the carpet looked like it was brand new when he was done.
