My daughter accidentally broke a soccer ball sized stress ball. Little did we know it was filled with blue gell, which is now all over the carpet. We called next morning, they came same day and removed the stains car pet looks new again. Highly recommend this company, Compliant with covid19 safety Very reasonable.

I needed my carpet professionally cleaned due to an unexpected pet accident. They wwre very professional, extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. The owner evaluated the situation upon arrival and walked me through the recommendations. The carpet looks great abd I'll have them back in the Spring to clean the high traffic carpet downstairs. I cannot say enough great things about Bliss Carpet Cleaning Service. Even though Lee Bliss couldn't be available, his associate, Ben arrived and did an excellent job. Our 7 year old sofa is like brand new and the area rugs look great. We have two cats and The cat hair can be a challenge but Ben and Bliss Carpet Cleaning took care of that!

8/2020- I rarely use a carpet cleaning service but our realty company, R & R realty of Whitinsville, MA requested hiring for a "move out" courtesy clean for the next tenant. We simply own a dog so we obliged. Our dog lays on the carpets and never had any fluid/waste accidents. Sadly, we were notify by our realty company that no only did the carpets still smell out but the carpets would have to be replaced!
Even after the "deep clean" by their recommendation in professional cleaning- so much for the slogan "The best clean or its for free." I am disappointment in this R & R realty/Bliss cleaning partnership. Update; 9/2020 Mr. Bliss did provide a full refund for his services. I am appreciative of the gesture!

Lee Bliss and his team did truly very impressive job. They make sure they do the good job and not just concentrate on finishing the job. Truly I was inspired and impressed by their dedication and hard work, the keen attention to detail, professionalism and everything. They did carpet restreching, washing, stain removal, some furniture cleaning and kitchen tiles grouting and cleaning. It all made look like new one now. I had other steam washers before, never they did the job Lee and his team did. God bless the team and wish them continued success.

From moment one working with Mr. Bliss was nothing short of a pleasure. He returned my phone call quite soon after I called initially and we scheduled a time to meet the next day. Two days after that he was at my home to stretch and clean three rooms of carpeting. The job was done perfectly and professionally and I could not recommend this company any higher. Lee Bliss did an awesome job on our living room carpet. It had not been properly cleaned since we built our home in '96. Pet stains, rust spots, and things indeterminable were well ground into this rug. We also had some vinyl edging that needed replacement. It now looks beautiful, and all went so smoothly.
