After receiving the news our house would need Mold Remediation, the hunt began for the best company to do the job right. Mold is a very serious subject. There is only one chance to get this right. I interviewed about 12 different companies for the job, going through them with a fine tooth comb. After all, this is a big investment and thats how we looked at it. Who can we trust was the question! TRUST is a big word in this day and age. Many didn't fit the bill, AT ALL, after further review. I feared a botch job. The fact that we had been sick in our house due to the mold, it was of utmost importance. Then one day after months and months, I finally found the right company for the job. I instantly knew this was the one after meeting the owner John. Bio Clean 9-11 is a VERY professional company. They actually went the extra mile for my quirky demands. They respected our property. They showed up on time, and got the job done. I wanted to say thanks again to the crew and owner!

This is my first Google review, but there is a reason for this. I'm just often too lazy to tell when I get great service. This is the first time I have been so impressed by a company's professionalism, honesty, and willingness to work around my schedule that it would have been unfair and terrible of me to not write this review. John (the owner) and BioClean911 were simply a life saver. I, like many people in St. Louis, had sewage back up into my basement during the heavy rains around Xmas this year (2015). After contacting him late on a Sunday night, he showed up Monday morning with a crew ready to clean. They were fast, efficient, polite, maintained professionalism at all times, and were very patient. It was emotional losing memories and contents collected over years that I had stored in the basement. Yet John's three man crew (plus himself) all kindly asked what items I wished to keep and which I wanted discarded. They even gave me advice based upon their experiences quite a few times. Even the Nationwide Insurance adjusted agreed with their decisions when looking at the pictures. The work was done quickly, as well. Finally, John had his crew come out on New Year's morning (seriously!) so the fans and dehumidifiers were out of my way as soon as possible. The trash and discarded items were all gone the same day they pulled them out of my basement as they brought a dumping trailer so I wasn't left looking at a driveway full of possessions that I lost. This really helped.

John also has the necessary certifications (I had to look all this up--never had a sewer backup of this magnitude), and thoroughly documented the entire before/after process. This left me in a great position to get a maximum from my insurance company. He had complete write-ups to go with the photographic documentation, which made things much easier.

In short, I have never been so thoroughly impressed. I hope you take the time to give this company a chance if you ever are in need of emergency water/sewage/mold repair and help. It's just not often people are trying to help, not just to make a profit alone.

John Denny, owner, was fantastic to work with. I was in a difficult situation, as the St. Louis project had to be ordered from where I live in Denver. John's bid was competitive and he did everything promised, including starting and finishing on time. He was very professional and was a true pleasure to deal with. Clean on!!

My parents had major plumbing issue on Christmas. My mom called John first thing the next morning and he came over immediately to quote the work. He worked with the insurance company, was polite and thorough. Always was here with his guys. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.
