I found Bewley's Cleaning when I was looking for an office cleaning and sanitization service in Santa Cruz. They provided office cleaning and sanitization service for Covid 19 Safety in Santa Cruz. Bewley's "cleaning" service was great, for the first couple of weeks. After that, it quickly went south. Recycling was no longer taken out, dishes weren't washed, windows weren't done, carpets weren't properly vacuumed and mirrors weren't cleaned. We called, they sent someone out to take a tour and we got one more good week, followed immediately by more of the same as before.
We did this twice. Finally, the GM got involved when there was splatters on the front window that stayed there for 2 weeks. When he called, he was told by Bewley's that it was up to us to police the service being provided and continue to complain when it wasn't done properly. I thought that you could expect that the service you paid for would be automatically provided. We discontinued the service and got stuck with a bill for 1 months service because of the contract we signed. Bewley's needs to clean up their act.
