Unprofessional behavior by the owner/scheduler. She texted me while meaning to text her worker about how I had complained about the carpet being really wet at the end of their job. In the past. And then she must have butt-dialed me, because a1/2 hour later I heard her talking to her coworker about how she had tried to cover her tracks after texting me by saying that she had been trying to tell her worker to bring a fan for the carpet cleaning!

I only have two small rooms to clean, but when the worker finally got the ancient machinery in their carpet cleaning van to work (It took him 45 minutes, and they had to send over another van to help him.) It took him all of 11 minutes to carpet wash both rooms! There were two areas that remained dirty so I asked him to re-clean them, which he did and got them perfectly clean the second time. So, it was totally possible to clean the areas, he just didn't bother to try the first time!

The floor was still pretty wet, so I asked him to re-dry it, because other companies that I have used have left it practically dry to touch! I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone, anymore. In the past, I felt like they were a quality company, but now I regret hiring them.

Well, I needed a small job done, but difficult; caulking a high beam. I called two times. I own three units, I had much work to do, but they apparently cannot even return calls, so go else where, there are so many reliable businesses, why bother with incompetents.

I used Bee Clene for the last 4 years for household cleaning every other week. The cleaning staff were always professional and did a good job. Patty, the manager was always very helpful and communicative about scheduling. Would recommend. Service: Cleaning

I called Bee-Clene to get my carpets cleaned and Patty, the owner, was very short with me (ie rude) and basically let me know they didn't want my business. After this I checked their yelp reviews and realized she did me a huge favor as most of their reviews are one star and cover a variety of their services. I'm not sure how they are still in business as there are too many great cleaning businesses in Santa Cruz to waste your time with Bee Clene. I won't be calling them again or recommending them.

I had my carpets cleaned a few weeks ago and I found a few spots they missed but besides that the rest of my carpet looks almost new!

I took my blinds which were in perfect condition to bee-clene to have them cleaned. When I got them home and hung them back on windows, they were in terrible condition. They bent every one of the 5 blinds in multiple places. When I called and spoke to Patti, she was rude, unapologetic, and unwilling to replace the now, unusable blinds. I will not be returning for any of their services nor do I recommend them.

AWESOME JOB! I had Bee-Clene clean our new business top to bottom after some terrible construction dusted the whole place and it was speck free when they were done! They also cleaned and waxed the floors which came out amazing. I also had them come to my home and clean our house since we have company coming next week and I have zero time on my hands. After giving them numerous jobs over the past few years I had them paint my home. After 2 months, it started peeling.after numerous calls to have them correct it and promises to do so they began not returning phone calls. After paying them $4500 I am now going out of pocket to redo it THEY ARE A DISASTER.go somewhere else!

This service was great! Had them come in preparation for moving out and they did an excellent job. Price quoted was the price charged. They were easy to schedule and showed up when promised. Everything was so clean that the post-move out cleaning was easy. Highly recommend their service!

I had Bee Clene come and pickup our blinds (they removed and replaced them) The picked them up promptly and returned them. They were spotless, I can't say enough how good they were. The house we were renting was completely remodeled before we moved in, though, so we had to have it pristine before we left so I called the professionals in. Patty was there promptly in the morning with her crew and they took care of everything including the windows.

The place looked like new! The second time we used Bee Clene was a more serious job. We were moving into and renovating a place that was really trashed. The lament flooring had black dirt and stains, the rooms and surrounding outside area were filled with junk and I thought we might have to replace the windows because they looked so funky to me. Patty and her crew to the rescue!

They came in with two large vans and took all the junk to the dump, which would have taken us days. They stripped and waxed the floors, and the transformation was stunning, they actually looked clean again. I don’t know what kind of magic they worked on the windows but they looked great too! Her team was very friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing.

They also do painting if you need it. What I thought was going to be a nightmare for us, turned out to be manageable with their help. The most recent time we used Bee Clene was for an emergency couch cleaning and Patty had her guy over to our house the same day! I would highly recommend Bee Clene to any of my friends or family.

We just had our blinds cleaned, and our interior windows washed by Bee-Clene. The two men who took care of our request were Javier and Gabriel. They were both professional, friendly, and performed there job excellently. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job ahead of schedule. We'll definitely use them again!

Set an appointment, they were a no show. When called they could not find my order. Will try someone else, if they can't be responsible I don't want them in my house.

This was equivalent to an industrial clean-up that included debris from sandblasting, floor installation and tilework, among other things. The clean also included indoor and outdoor windows and entrances.

From the estimate to the final walk-throughs, all the work was done to complete satisfaction. As a result, we are now working with Bee-Clene for regular home cleaning maintenance. As with any service, it is helpful to highlight what the priorities and particular problem areas are with the cleaning team. They are accommodating and deliver what is requested.

LATE, CANCEL/RESCHEDULE (x2), NO SHOW! and they've only really worked on my floors once! I called Bee Clene to come out and polish our new VCT floors as they were recommended by the installer. Patty called and said she was running late. They came and a hour later my floor looked like an orange peel, not the smooth shine I was expecting from a polished floor.

I called to have her come out and fix it and also polish our rental unit. Again Patty called to cancel last minute, but I said that the tenant was moving in the next day, so she sent someone over. They fixed the orange peel texture and polished both floors nicely. This most recent time I called to have her come out, and AGAIN she had to cancel and reschedule.

We reschedule it for today and she was a NO SHOW! I called Patty to tell her thanks but no thanks. I will never use Bee Clene again and I will also be calling the installer to tell them not to recommend Bee Clene. I guess it was my mistake for using a business that doesn't even know how to spell.

Dreadful experience. Was recommended Bee Clene's service by my landlord for move-out cleaning, thought the price was high but decided to go with them to appease the landlord's wishes. Bad idea. Was quoted $520 when Patty did a walk through of the house (for which she was late), which I thought was high considering the house was only 720 square feet. Regardless, I agreed.

When the landlord showed me my security deposit witholdings, I was shocked to find I had been charged $140 more than what was quoted. Turned out she had charged double for what she had quoted for window cleaning costs and charged an insane $144 for cleaning the blinds. I questioned this and was informed that some 'ultra sonic' cleaning process had been used on the blinds, although she had failed to mention this during her visit, and a simple dusting would have sufficed. Patty agreed to reimburse $60 for the window cleaning costs, and said she would send a cheque promptly.

I didn't receive the cheque after two weeks so I left her a voicemail and emailed. didn't hear back after another couple of weeks, so I sent another email and left another message. Still nothing. I had to email three times, leave several voicemails and ultimately threaten her with a bad Yelp review to get a response. I eventually received my cheque over 10 weeks after she said she'd send it 'promptly'.

So I got $60 back, but I feel this experience was so terrible, it deserves a bad Yelp review none the less. This company is disorganised, dishonest and an absolute nightmare to deal with.

This company was featured on a recent door hanger promotion by Hibu, part of Yellowbook. I am writing to encourage them to consider a different form of advertising than the door hanger. I was shocked to come home from vacation to find this advertisement posted on my front door. Door hangers are a bad idea in areas such as ours that have a high incidence of property crimes.

In essence you are advertising that no one is home! Coupons by mail, yellow pages ads or on-line ads are a better choice. Please re-think the use of this advertsing avenue. I tried to contact them directly but their poor website design only had a phone number, no email contact information. The lack of attention to detail on their website is another red flag. I would not consider using this company.

BeeClene no-showed on an appointment for a carpet cleaning estimate. They apologized and set a new appointment. Again a no-show without bothering to contact me. Once is an exception but twice a pattern - be warned. I ended up waiting an hour each time at a supported living work site with no one at BeeClene answering the phone to tell me what was going on. I'm told that this has happened in the past where BeeClene no-showed at the house of another one of our supported living clients. Not recommended.

Weeks later and I still have not received a call explaining what happened. They just didn't show up and didn't call me back after I left numerous messages. Don't waste your time.

I had my house cleaned last minute and was recommended by a friend. Best cleaning I have ever had done! Great job, and focused on a few specific areas I had to record for my property management, along with a deep clean for the whole house. Bee Clene did such a great job the property management asked me for their information! Will definitely use again!
