The Good: Fast response, was able to come out and diagnose the problem the day after a big rain. Answered all questions. Two days later they fixed the issue. They gave me a 2 year warranty on the work. Their work will be tested in the torrential rain that it sure to come. Fingers crossed. The not so good: A bit costly in my opinion. A silicon seal on my window, $375; to find roof leak and re-shingle $1300, took them about an hour and a half to complete the job.
Left nails behind, but offered to come clean up the area, but took care of it myself. I'll update the review if the leak remains but I hope for the 1800 I paid the roof is fixed. If the leak is fixed, I'd recommend them for sure, but also to get a competing quote just to make sure you're getting good work and a fair price.

Some guy name Eddie came to my house to give me a bid on replacing 3 two feet soffits on my roof. His bid was $875.00. Mind you, you can buy a 8ft soffit for 15 dollars each at Lowe's. So, two soffits cost @$30.00 and I would guess that any handyman worth their salt would take less than 2 hours to complete this job. Even at $100.00 per hour and $30.00 for materials, you would be at $230.00.
I would have gladly given him a $70.00 tip to make it and even $300.00. This man must think I am a fool to agree to pay him $875.00 for doing nothing. This company has to be a scam agency and takes advantage of the elderly. I will report them to the BBB and the Attorney General Office. Please, stay away from these people. You have been warned.

We put in a request for an estimate for a leak in our roof. Eddie came out and told us the repair would be $2750. He wanted to do the work the same day. He left to get materials and we looked up reviews about his company. We called his company number and told the person who answered the phone that we changed our mind about him doing the work and that we didn't want him to come back.
He came back anyway. We told him we didn't want him to do the work after reading reviews about him. Then he asked if we could negotiate. We said no, but clearly he knew his price was high, otherwise what is there to negotiate? A few days later we had three separate estimates for the same leak. They were all under $600. Clearly Eddie thought he was going to take advantage of us, but he was mistaken. Make sure you always get 2-3 estimates and don't ever let anyone do the work the same day unless it is an emergency.

I wish I had done more research on this vendor before paying $400 to repair the gutters on my home and in less than 6 months it was hanging again. He has not come back out to fix it despite repeated request to honor the so-called one year warranty. He reads the text messages but will not respond. Unreputable business - do not hire him!
