I took my bed comforter to be cleaned and it was returned in excellent, pristine condition. It was also ready earlier than they estimated (which was great). Customer service was quick, friendly, and efficient.

I recently began using American dry cleaning. I have been very happy with their services. Last night, I was picking up some blazers I needed for work close to closing time. I had my toddler with me, and she had fallen asleep on my shoulder while I was checking out. The lady at the counter insisted on following me out to the car, since my hand were full. The random act of kindness was really above and beyond, and something I don't see a lot of these days. Thank you!

I wasn't satisfied with all of the services due to the fact that I asked to have creases ironed in my jeans & when I got home & saw my jeans which didn't have any crease in them, I had to get back in my car & drive all the way across Charlotte again to the cleaners & ask to have the creases ironed in my jeans. My complaint is that I had to use additional gas to drive all the way back to the cleaners to get a service done which I had paid for & gave pacific instructions.

I use this cleaners from time to time because they have given me excellent service, I had no problems getting the creases in my jeans when I returned them & they did them immediately!

Whenever I am in Charlotte this is the place I give my clothing! I find them to be just wonderful. I have had a few emergencies that could have be a real problem for me but American handled my issues without breaking a sweat. They have been in business for a long time and I doubt there is anything that they can not fix! Sooo glad I was told to take my clothes here! It is not fancy, but they get the job done. Reminds me of the kind of cleaners George Jefferson would champion. Hard working and professional!

My go to dry cleaner, they have faster turnarounds than just about anywhere I've taken my clothes to. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. They also send 25% off e-coupons pretty often which is nice.

I've gotten suits, dress shirts, and comforters dry cleaned here, and they are the best! Everyone is always so lovely and helpful, and they always want to make sure you get the best service. Whenever I bring items in, they are done on time or early. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

American Dry Cleaners is the real deal. They actually do work here and you can see the people getting the job done. I had something simple. a new jacket I had purchased for an event I was attending over the weekend needed to have the wrinkles steamed out. I called them and asked if it was something they could do same day. They said as long as I had it in by 11:00 am it would be no problem.

It was probably 25 min drive from my house, so I decided to head over and get it done. When I got there, they were super helpful, welcoming and the most pleasant people to work with. They took my jacket, put it right on the steamer and had it back to me in 5/min. It only cost me $5. Awesome service, awesome people. I'll be back.

I got my dry cleaning done here. I dropped off on a Saturday afternoon the lady there was super nice and friendly. She even helped me with getting a coupon. I went back 5/3/22 after work to pick it up and the woman that helped me this time was different. She wasn't as sweet but, she was pleasant. The clothes came out beautifully. As if they were just bought from the store. I'll definitely be coming back in the future for more dry cleaning.

Amazing recovery of a linen blazer with stain damage from a ceiling/roof leak. The jacket is perfect and they even sewed on the loose button. Exceptional service at an extremely good price.

Always ready on time. Available same day when you get your clothes in early. Nice looking establishment inside. Attendants always eager to help and very knowledgeable about the dry cleaning process as well as alterations. Has a family feel. Will always be my dry cleaners.
