Great Service! We needed a cleaning crew after replacing our floors through the house. Scheduling was super easy. And unbelievably, our renovation was completed early (when does that happen?!?). The ladies arrived early and finished before their time was up. They did such a fantastic job cleaning all of our walls, trim, doors, and floors, we had them stay longer to clean the windows and bathrooms. Extremely polite and trustworthy!

NEVER AGAIN. Wow. This is the worst cleaning ever. I spoke to their office on 3 occasions prior to the day of cleaning. Each time I mentioned that my bathroom (the master bathroom, ) was being remodeled. When the staff got here, they said "oh, we didn't know." I noticed that they were done with the bathroom and our bedroom quite fast. I did showed them that there were still white dust from the sanding on the new tiles.

One of the lady, who didn't speak English at all, looked frustrated and moved quickly to show me that "yes, " she did it. OK, well.as my husband and I walked around, we noticed that they were missing several spots. We did pointed out the floors near our bedroom window, the window seal, but we didn't feel like spending an hour going over everything for two reasons. 1.

They should know how to clean 2. Only one of the two spoke a little English. Now, the pictures should speak for themselves. They went around things instead of truly cleaning. When they left, we also noticed that the vacuuming job was horrible. We have a Golden Retriever, which I had mentioned to their office; but yet, we vacuumed the front room runner and the family room carpet. Crazy.$105.00 for that?

To be fair, I have to say they offered to send a new crew to clean again; but we truly didn't want to deal with them again. They did reimbursed us $52.50. In my opinion, it wasn't worth anything. It was a waste of time and money. Never again.
