I asked them to visit my townhouse and give me a quote for carpet and move out cleaning. Their job was unsatisfactory and they asked me to pay more than the quote on the pretext that it took them more time. Their staff does not speak English and do not understand any instructions thus causing damage. I will never use them again. Alex
