I was referred to Alecs carpet cleaning from a friend. I had not had my furniture or rugs cleaned in a couple of years so I was a bit skeptical about the outcome. When the technician showed up I was very impressed with the technician as he was very personable and professional, and was on time. I was very pleased with the results of my carpets and even more pleased with the upholstery cleaning.
The technician was very very knowledgeable about the fabric and the probability of the outcome which he was very correct about. I was extremely pleased with the service. I would defiinitley refer them to my friends

I cannot believe how well these folks can clean a carpet and a couch. I understand the machines are pretty standard amongst these companies but Alec's really does a superior job, they're very professional, and a reasonably priced. Just had Alec's Carpet at my house. I'm not one that writes reviews but I had to make an exception in this case. The technician that came was not only the nicest, most concerning guy you could imagine, we was so knowledgeable and patient, explaining to me every little detail. Once done, my carpets and upholstery were just like when I bought them. I am thrilled to say the least. Definitely use Alec's Carpet, you'll love them.

I have been a customer for several years. But the service has really deteriorated lately. Both I and my neighbor have seen a noticeable increase in rescheduled appointments and a decrease in the quality of the cleaning. The company shows no accountability for making things right when they've made a mistake and are condicending. Taking my business elsewhere!
