The company has been doing our building for years now and I find that they are great. They are responsive and willing to work with us on what we need in keeping our busy office clean.

These people do not help black(minorities) get franchises they will avoid and never call or email you back I guess they had a bad experience and now every minority has to deal with it

I am an employee of Buildingstars! During my 4 years at Buildingstars I have found that this company is exceptional. I wasn't certain where this job would take me when I first started here, but it has given me a lot of opportunity to grow and to have success. The management has a well balance between a person's work and family needs; that I highly value!

This is a drama free adult zone where you have control over your own success! The people here are really nice, as well! This place feels like 'home' to me, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been working with Buildingstars for about 8 years now. Although there has been some turnaround, the company consistently displayed professionalism, responsiveness, and genuinely caring of their customers. A big shout out goes to Martina! Martina has gone above and beyond her call of duty! She has informed us of anything out of the ordinary during off hours which resulted in my contacting management and being able to take care of an issue needed immediately rather than deal with a larger issue later on.

My experience with Buildingstars began in 2011 when I hired them to provide commercial cleaning services at my facility. I have always been impressed by their professionalism and integrity. We have been having problems for years with this company but I have been too busy to find someone else and get it changes. We have had the rep out repeatedly, had crews changed and promises made but I am done. Beware the cancellation policy requires a certified letter and 30 days for them to FIX the issues, We have given them time to FIX the problem multiple times and even with the last call and promise to do better these pictures are how well they cleaned. SAD SAD SAD

I use Building Stars commercially and have been extremely happy with their service! They have a fair price and work hard to ensure their customers happiness. Any issues that might arise, they work quickly and diligently to get them corrected. The staff is incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with - so happy that my path has crossed with this company. Makes my job easier when I know there is one less thing to worry about!

Great pricing and excellent crew. Ours is headed by Emira and she is always easy to contact and is responsive if we have any events. The company rep Tim keeps in contact to make sure quality is maintained. They have taken care of our building over 10 years and really do great work.

Our company has been a satisfied Buildingstars customer since 2010. Prior to this point, we had worked with several other vendors. Generally after a good kick-off, we would begin to experienced performance issues and worse yet frequent no-shows within a short period of time. This has not been the case with Buildingstars and have had a solid consistent performance over the last 8 years.

I frequently work after business hours and their team is always professional and courteous when working in our office. They are also very accommodating if we have special needs.

My company has worked with Buildingstars for several years now. I've been impressed countless times by their customer service and how much they care about our business. The cleaning crew for our building have grown to be familiar faces we get to see at the end of the day and are very friendly and polite. Our crew has even gone above and beyond several times coming in during their time off just to be sure everything was okay when we had a clogged mop sink. They are extremely easy to work with and ask for feedback to be sure they are always doing a great job. Highly recommend!

We have been using this company for 2 years to clean our office. Ed, the sales rep, was able to help us upgrade our service as we were having major issues with our previous company. Kate, our account manager, comes by on a regular basis to make sure we are happy. The people that clean the office are fantastic and management is very easy to communicate with and take a very proactive approach. Highly recommend!

Our business just started using Buildingstars Cleaning Service on 5/7/18. We wanted a better service than we had when we were with Cox Cleaning. Buildingstars came to our office for a quote. They represented themselves very well. They said they would do an outstanding job. I honestly had better service with the company we changed from. They suggested that we get a deep clean for an additional $125.00 and I agreed.

On the first initial cleaning there were streaks all over the floor. Walls were to spot wiped and weren't. I reached out to the supervisor Katie and she came into the office, took pictures of the things that were missed and said she would let the cleaner know. I have had 2 cleanings since then and these things still haven't changed. I asked Katie to not charge us for the initial in depth cleaning and she said she couldn't do that because the cleaner had been here for over 3 hours.

Not really sure what she cleaned. I arrived yesterday right after the cleaners came in and found that there was liquid coffee creamer still stuck on the counter. Hair all over the bathroom floor that was moved around with a mop. Grease spots on the kitchen floor that were just mopped over. Food spots on the trash can. I am not usually one to complain but I can't honestly say that this is a reliable company to have clean your facility.
