Steve and his crew were amazing. Our dog vomited on an expensive area rug and we didn't find it till after it dried and left a huge stain. I tried to clean it myself and made it worse. Advanced Cleaning Concepts saved the day - and the rug. It took a few visits, but the stain is gone and the price was beyond fair. Highly recommend! Service: Pet stain & odor removal

We got a very fast response, including quick and correct insurance certificate. No mean feat, because we are in the Cummings Center/Elliott Landing Condominiums. We have unbelievably difficult requirements. Matt and Nick, who did the work, were very friendly and professional.
