We hired Abracadabra to clean; albeit a dirty house- ( but only 700 SF) that they quoted at $300 to clean. And they did not have to clean appliances, or the kitchen counters ( because they were being replaced) or deep clean the tile ( the entire bath and all the floors are tile) had been professionally cleaned. I am not sure what they did clean. I was not present.
My husband said they squeegeed the windows, and we asked that the recessed lights be cleaned. The window sills were filthy, one room was untouched completely( two tiny bedrooms 8x8 ) there is one open room, a bath and an entry. We have cleaned most everything ourselves. For $300.00 they cleaned the inside of the kitchen cabinets, ( 7) the bathroom cabinet, ( the hanging cabinet along with doors were not wiped not) recessed cams, and they squeegeed windows.
This seems like a lot of money to me. However, if quote was higher to do it thoroughly, I could of accepted that. They were hired to " deep clean" a 700 SF house. The sinks, window tracks, doors, door jambs, ceiling fans and blinds were all left dirty.
