Israel came out to give me a bid on a chimney repair and was totally professional, masked and on time. He explained everything he found and what the cost would be and have me a bid in a timely manner which had the breakdown of concerns and costs. He has been completely communicative about when he would be arriving and with what equipment. The job is not finished but at this point I am happy with his level of communication, professionalism, knowledge and willingness to share information with me.
This is in contrast to a bid I wanted from Excel Chimney who in spite of great reviews on Next Door arrived with no mask and never called me back with a quote. When I called them after three days to ask how long it would be for the bid they said a week and I should call them back if I haven't heard from them. It's been almost three weeks and I haven't heard a thing. Call them? I don't think so! Save yourself time and call Safeguard Chimney.
