These guys are great! They have cleaned several area rugs for us, and have applied the micro seal protector to several rugs and pieces of furniture in our home. They do a terrific job, and that micro seal really makes a difference in terms of protecting the fibers and warding off stains. They are really professional and friendly. Every interaction I have had with everyone in the office and the people performing the services has been wonderful. I can't say enough positive about Chase's team!

In preparation for our second child, we decided to clean our ducts/vents and dryer hose in our home. We have lived here for 3 years and it was unclear if the ducts had ever been cleaned. The technicians from A Cleaner Carpet & Floodmasters arrived on time, were dressed professionally and used booties to work in the house. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. There was so much yuck that came out of ducts I don't even want to think about the air we were breathing beforehand. Now we feel confident to have our baby on the floor, near the vents and know that we are safe and our house has better air quality. We are so thankful to A Cleaner Carpet & Floodmasters of Colorado!

A Cleaner Carpet has kept our off-white carpets beautiful for almost 20 years. Recently, a house guest tracked in oil and dirt and left several footprints before noticing what he was doing. I had an area rug cleaned and the entire experience was fantastic! This company's employees are responsive, polite, and fast. And the work they did on the rug was truly amazing. I had dropped a jar of grease on the rug and just assumed it was ruined. They got it out and the rug looks as good as it did brand new! The people are honest and I will absolutely use them to have my carpets cleaned and would recommend them to everyone.

I have used A Cleaner Carpet Several times. They did a wonderful job. After the carpets had been cleaned a guest tipped over a glass of red wine. I quickly cleaned it up the best I could and called A Cleaner Carpet out to touch it up. Thank God they had applied the extra protection as the wine came right out of the carpet. I have had A Cleaner Carpet out to clean our 19 yo carpet and to shampoo some upholstery and WOW never thought I could be so impressed by carpet and upholstery cleaning but not only were they polite, fast, and efficient but they were also friendly, played peek a boo with my daughter and were super through! Its nice to have your 'go-to' for this, takes the pressure off for future cleaning needs! A+++

A Cleaner Carpet has cleaned my carpets multiple times over the last several years. They are the very best! This last time I had a red colored stain on my carpet, I was sure it was going to be somewhat permanent. It is completely gone! The guys that come out are always so polite, careful, and thourough. I scheduled for a full house cleaning. Steve, the owner was my tech as an employee hadn't shown up that day. He was late, rude and then made a pass at me! He said "I know how lonely you ladies can get"! Serious? After 3 agonizing hours of his chatter and work I asked him to leave. He actually handed me an invoice on his way out of the door. I had to hire another company to re-clean as he left gallons of soap in my carpet. He is a pervert. Stay away.

We had a last minute request last week and Ann made it happen and the guys were amazing! Total professionals and courteous and quick. Could not be more happy!

After closing on our house, before moving in, our toilet sprung a leak. Steve and his crew got in right away and set to drying and removing wet carpet & drywall. They went the extra mile with photos, frequent updates, and didn't leave until they were sure it was dry. I would definitely recommend Flood Masters to anyone who needs flood mitigation.
