A truly great experience from start to finish. Other places I got quotes from were scheduling months out. I was able to get an appointment quickly to get my fireplace inspected and my dryer vents cleaned. The men who showed up at my house were so kind, fast, and took time to show me what I needed to know about my fireplace and made sure I knew how to turn it on and off safely which they didn't have to do. The entire interaction was wonderful. I will definitely use them again for future cleaning/fireplace needs.

Called them since we had problems with our chimney. They came and cleaned the chimney. We asked for a quote on repairing the fireplace and regrouting the chimney which they said they would provide in a couple of days. Waited over a week without any response. After leaving a couple of messages, finally got a quote via email. I called again and left a message with some questions on the quote.
Again no response. Called a couple more times before we received a response. The gentleman said he had called a few times but didn't leave a message when no one answered. Checked our missed calls register and there was no calls! He said that he would have to get back to us with answers. Of course we haven't heard anything form them. Would not have tried to work with them so hard were it not for a friend knowing the owner. Would understand if they were only in the business of cleaning fireplaces but that is not how they advertise.

Still using them and with out a doubt still absolutely satisfied. The very sweet lady that answers the phone to book my appointment is always kind to me even though I usually have no idea what I want she helps me understand so much more. I have two young gentleman come out to my home just as sweet as could be they know what they are doing! Thank you folks y'all are always very punctual very nice and do a great job!
