A and B Carpet NY lives up to their reputation. I called on a Wednesday afternoon for a job request for Friday morning. I got a quote over the phone, so simple. They arrived on time ready to work at my son's house. They did a great job with the carpet and rugs. Without a doubt, I would hire them again.

Over 5 years without a carpet cleaning so my expectations were quite low in anyone's ability to remove all the stains. When Sam came in he explained that he may not be able to completely make everything look perfect. I obviously understood given the age of the carpet. 30-minutes later the entire carpet looked brand new. I can't believe it. I will definitely call again for future cleanings.

The guys are very professional and very thorough. I had Evan as my tech and he did an excellent job. He communicates really well. When I told him that the carpet is not as clean as I expected it to be, he cleaned it again. The carpets really look great and the stains are gone. Will definitely hire them again.
