Rugs deserve the same care as wall-to-wall carpet and, in some cases, require special attention. Washing rugs : If your rug is small and the label says "machine washable", shake the rug outside first and then put it in the washing machine at the recommended temperature. Use warm water (90 to 105 degrees) and a mild detergent.

BEYOND SATISFIED. Each time I walk around our home I feel happy all over again that I had ABC Chem-Dry come. The carpet track marks are gone, the upholstery looks refreshed, and everything smells clean. Bill and Joel worked quickly and efficiently and were all business. I was very impressed as I carefully listened to the sure, confident, extremely knowledgeable very accommodating Female phone representative who's name unfortunately escapes me momentarily. She impressed me with her questions about technical yet very necessary questions I could provide about my area rug. Nothing too difficult. This was so she could be more equipped to provide me with the most accurate quote based on size of carpet, materials used in manufacturing, age and condition, which all play an essential factor in deciding the products that will be most effective in the cleaning process that will not compromise the integrity of which in my case is an area rug.

Great company to work with. They communicated really --well everyone in the office was excellent. they gave me an appointment with a small window that fit right in with my schedule. The representatives (the two) that came to my house were professional, courteous, careful, clean. And they did a great job cleaning all my rugs --left my house looking and smelling great. I'm so happy I use them. Will definitely higher them again & recommend to friends and family.

Todd and his partner Miguel did a great job cleaning our carpeting which was very stained in places. They measured carefully, vacuumed the carpet, then cleaned it. The results were way better than Stanley Steemer. The carpet dried quickly. In addition, they had to be late for our appointment, but communicated twice with us about it. It got so late I was afraid they would try to reschedule, but they came at about 6:45pm (on a Friday night) and were very congenial and efficient. They apologized several times for needing to arrive so late and thanked us for being patient about it. I highly recommend their service. Ask for Todd.

Christine was very helpful on the phone, answered all my questions and also sent out a reminder courtesy call the day before the service techs came to clean our carpets. Todd & Justin were prompt, courteous, and did a quick job. I have used ABC in the past when we first moved here as well, they repaired a braided rug for us in addition to cleaning several carpets. They are very professional. Definitely recommend.

Todd Reynolds and Tyler showed up at our home and could not have been more professional. They did a thorough job which resulted in our carpets looking much better than I expected after having two dogs and a kitten. They exceeded our expectations. From the phone call to confirm the best appointment time for us until the end of the jog, Bill and Todd were friendly, preofessional and very focused on customer service. Our house is fairly large and we have pets. They worked with us to find the right plan within our budget and treated our home with respect. We would definitely recommend Bill, Todd and ABC Chem-Dry!

Great experiences with ABC Chem Dry. We have white dining room chairs and drink a lot of red wine. you do the math. We are repeat customers and ABC Chem Dry never disappoints. They have managed to get the most difficult stains out of our furniture. We have also had a sheepskin rug cleaned, now looking fresh and brand new. Chem Dry tackled an over-sized, colorful down-filled sofa that needed to be disassembled, transported to their facility and then transported back. Wonderful service. I can guarantee we'll be back.
