Every homeowner should know where there main house trap is located. Your house trap should be checked every two years. If you have tenants or trees on your property it should be checked once per year to avoid major backups. All other drains such as bathtubs, sinks, vanities, toilets yard drains, etc should be cleaned when they start to run slowly or make an unusual sound.

We feel a clogged sewer or a drain is the same whether it be in residential or commercial properties so we do not take advantage of our customers. The advantage of being an absentee landlord, commercial property owner or management company is that you can open up billing accounts.
Chemicals are considered to be harmful for the pipes, but bio-degradeable solutions do not harm the pipes. The major reasons for backups include tree roots growing into the sewer system and grease building up in the sewer system. Electrically cleaning the sewer system is a good way to quickly unclog it, but to prevent the backups from returning in a few months, you can use products that actually work.

Most of the work their tech did in our bathroom and kitchen were to fix the terrible job done by the plumbers who renovated our apartment. This is our default company from now on. I highly recommend using 49.95 Any Sewer or Drain. They were responsive to us, even though I called on the weekend and explained the extra cost for a weekend visit right upfront. We had them come on a weekday and got excellent service. Our system is operating very well: quietly and efficiently. Would strongly recommend them.

I called so many plumbers, but none of them has fixed my kitchen pipes. After two three days the leakage would start again and I wasted a huge amount of water. Absolutely awful experience! I'm beyond furious on the work they did. I would give 0 star if I could. I had a sewer flooding in early April. They send a technician to ''fix'' it. Then I spent $6,000 to fix the basement hoping the sewer flooding will not happen again since it's been ''FIXED''. Now on May 3rd (within a month since the last flooding), the exact flooding happens again.
I will have to tear up the new floor that was just finished two weeks ago to clean and restore the basement all over again for another $6,000! I told them that the technician didn't fix the real problem and he might need a snake camera to help with the process. They went back and forth for two days while my basement is in flood and eventually refused the snake camera request.
They claim that it's 30-day guarantee so if the same problem happens again they can always come and ''fix'' it. They don't care about the $6k I spent on restoring the basement at all. ''We're not responsible for the floor. That's other company's work you should talk to the other company'' is what they said to me. Such an irresponsible company! Don't even try to use their service.
