1st Place Carpet Cleaning

We found Dave thru Yelp, and were pleased with the service and Daves' professionalism. We had our both our carpets and ducts cleaned and Dave did a great job walking us thru the process and confirming what we wanted. Our carpets, especially the stairs, look a 100% better. We had not prioritized getting our ducts cleaning, it had been 10 years, but glad we finally opted to pursue and was amazed at what remnants of our life (including lots of dog hair, construction debris and legos) were pulled from the ducts! We will certainly be relying on Dave for future work.

I just moved into a relatively new home in Castle Rock, but wanted to get the air ducts cleaned and carpets cleaned. Dave was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. The work was expectable. I also enjoyed his demeanor! If you need carpets cleaned or air ducts blown out, Dave is your man.

Dave, the owner, was super responsive. He returned calls and answered all my questions. He confirmed the week before my scheduled appointment and showed up on time. He was professional, friendly and got the job done! He is very personable and an excellent value. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

I also found Dave on Yelp - he had so many great reviews! He arrived at the appointed time, checked the job out and got started. Honestly, I've never been impressed with other cleaning company's results, but this time was vastly different. The 10+ year old cream colored carpet looks almost like new. He went the extra mile and treated the edges of the carpet near the baseboards where the color had darkened over time (and not vacuumed properly by me) as well as on the edges of each step. Super friendly guy, efficient and does really good work. I would recommend him without a doubt. Great job Dave - thank you!

Dave did an awesome job. He was able to get spots out of carpet on our stairs that we thought might be impossible. He is responsive and very friendly. Would definitely use him again for carpet cleaning!

Dave is a gigantic, cheerful man of integrity who shows up at your house with friendly stories about his beautiful wife and his quirky Jack Russell. He cleaned out the ducts quickly and thoroughly and his carpet cleaning work was good and efficient. Highly recommend.

We found Dave via Yelp. He responded quickly and offered the best price for a couple basement rooms and the (extremely dirty) stairs leading down there. He was prompt, friendly, personable, and did outstanding work, including multiple passes on the stairs, which I feared would never look clean again. They look great. I would hire Dave again in a heartbeat and I recommend you do, too. He'll be the first call when our basement needs clean carpets again. Five stars.

Spoke to Dave with 1st Carpet Cleaning on Monday, 11/08/21. Dave told me that he had availability Saturday, 11/13/2021 at 9am and would call me at 8:30am and when I called at 8:40am to check on the status of our appointment he stated that I have an appointment next Saturday, 11/20/21, which was never stated by him during our initial call. Beware and double confirm your time with him.

I have no idea what type of quality carpet cleaning service he provides and I will never know because I will never have him provide a service for me nor recommend him anyone.

This business is amazing, I booked online and he called and said I will call you 30 minutes out. My phone rang 30 minutes before our appointment. He explained his process, measured on the spot and gave me the price upfront. My carpet and staircase look pretty amazing and better than I expected. I hired this company because my new puppy destroyed the carpet from potty training and the color of the carpet attracted any type of dirt- especially in high traffic areas. The owner was very nice and informative and did the job so so quick! My carpet now looks amazing and smells way better! I think my puppy completely ruined the carpet so I don't think the urine smell will completely go away but it smells way WAY better! He also said the enzyme he used for pet smells will keep developing over a few days I would definitely hire this company again and you can't beat the price! Thank you!
